About the job
The position is full time permanent role, reporting to Group Finance Manager. This is a key role within the Finance department in which you will be responsible for multi-tier group consolidations, preparing statutory accounts for the Group companies.
As Senior Accountant for the group, you will be overall responsible to perform full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting in compliance with Malaysian Finance Reporting standards and responsible to perform group consolidation and involved in multi-tier group consolidation and reporting.
The role & duties:
*Preparation and review monthly consolidation for the group.
*Preparation and review of group financial reporting, including management accounts and reports, annual statutory, financial statements, budget, income tax/deferred tax computation.
*Manage and prepare condensed statement and quarterly financial reporting to Bursa Malaysia.
*Preparation of multi-tier group consolidation of accounts, management reports, financial analysis, budget, interim/annual financial statements.
*Preparation of on monthly management account analysis.
*In charge of annual audit exercise for the Group and responsible for the preparation of audited financial statements.
Requirements: Candidate profile
The successful candidate will have proven corporate reporting experience including managing the consolidation process.
*Malaysian with ACCA/CIMA or minimum Bachelor degree in Accountancy.
*Proven 3-5 years of relevant work experience in managing group finance in public listed environment.
*Financial/management reporting.
*Prior initial work experience gained from Big 4 or second tier audit firm would be highly regarded.
*Technically competent and up to date with relevant technical accounting pronouncement and standards, especially Financial Reporting standards.
*Familiarity with the requirements of public-listed companies will be an asset.
*Knowledge of consolidation skills will be necessary.
*Must be proficient in English, spoken and written.
*Advance-level spreadsheets skills.

7. The analysis shall be able to provide in-depth, commercial insight relating to the oil and gas industry with an emphasis on analytical interpretation and align with PIPC plan. It also must contribute towards the development of appropriate strategic plans for sector/ subsector to facilitate expansion of industries or investment interests in PIPC.
8. Responsible to provide planning and strategy, maintain and update Investor Management (IM) Intelligence Database.
9. To perform other relevant market study, background check, research, and maintenance of IM Intelligence Database in a timely manner.

About The job
Reporting to and work closely with the Payroll Administration Manager, this role encompasses all employee levels within the organization. As the senior Payroll Administrator, your primary duty will be managing the payroll and HR function, this role will initially focus on payroll administration and reporting and workers compensation.
You will assist the Manager with basic HR administration and managing employee records. Your core responsibility will involve managing the day to day administration of payroll processing and benefits of approximately 300-500 employees/headcounts using payroll system Kaizen.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with tertiary education qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration and have some experience in HR portfolio. In this instant, preferences will be Female candidate in age group 28-38.
Candidates with high volume/head counts payroll experience in previous employment will be a distinct advantage although not a must conditions as training will be provided.
She must possess outstanding communication skills, verbal and written in English and conversant in BM and advantageous if also proficient in Chinese/Mandarin.
