Your new team:
The Data Security Team, a part of the wider Cyber Security Technology function, provides security controls and services that are utilised across the group. This team is responsible for the delivery & support of effective security services and continuous assurance over enterprise security controls within the bank and across its group entities.
We own and operate the Data Protection services to protect the Group. The services protect over 10,000 servers across a range of different On-Prem, Private Cloud and Public Cloud environments, along with over 56,000 end-user devices.
Your impact and contribution:
As the Senior Cyber Engineer – Data Security you will be responsible for the implementation, deployment and support of services such as Microsoft Security Suite of services, Tokenisation services and Cryptography. You will also participate in the implementation of complex changes and project delivery.
This role will enable you to build, deliver and deploy services and solutions as well as working on productivity initiatives to the platform through automation.
The role also provides delivery governance, technical support, and expertise to customers – responding to customer feedback in order to drive excellence, quality and performance.

Be responsible in driving the deployment across Data Security services and solutions.
Work on Cryptography technologies to ensure ongoing data security across the Group.
Work on Tokenisation using Protegrity or similar.
Offer advice across modern architecture and design working across various security domains.
Have ownership in providing guidance on operation engagement and production stability.
Be accountable for analysing, reviewing and supporting service delivery in order to meet the ongoing technology requirements for the business, projects and stakeholders.

Deep technical engineering expertise across data security and or DLP solutions essential.

Qualifications include:

1. Collaborate and cooperate with various stakeholders to develop technical security solutions, plans, and configurations to meet the goals of the Bank, as well as identify potential cyber-attacks on the Bank's infrastructure
2. Coordinate between teams in analyzing the security risk of the Bank's information system and IT infrastructure
3. Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures related to information security and cybersecurity
4. Monitoring and analyzing suspicious communication network activity to identify misuse or security threats
5. Manage information security platforms and software, such as antivirus, firewall, and other security technologies
6. Develop, maintain, and monitor security configurations on servers, network devices, and traffic endpoints through monitoring tools provided by the Bank
7. Provide security awareness training regularly to all employees
8. Develop plans and carry out simulations related to handling IT security incidents
9. Coordinate to perform regular activity of Penetration Testing and Vulnerability assessment
