• Handle all intercompany in Global (including APAC, UK&I, EMEA, NA&3Cs & LATAM) transactions, accounting, confirmations and reconciliations. The process must be completely timely and at a high level of accuracy
• Record intercompany transactions and journal entries to clear intercompany transactions with other affiliates and maintain intercompany accounts on a monthly basis
• Review/monitor intercompany accounts, i.e. invoicing, payables and journal entries
• Accurate and detailed review of intercompany invoice processing and settlement including inter/intra countries local tax accounting and withholding tax requirement
• Ensure compliance with Global Intercompany and Transfer Pricing policies.
• Analyze intercompany balances with other affiliates and coordination of intercompany wire payments and intercompany settlements
• Preparation of recharge or allocation journals including business unit cost transfer, travel allocation to be transfer within entities
• Resolve Intercompany Accounting related issues and disputes or escalate as required
• Other ad hoc duties as may be assigned

 

Role Summary:

The Enterprise Master Data Management team is responsible for governing, coordinating and maintaining critical master data and other data related to customers, products, vendors, chart of accounts and additional key data elements across Experian's enterprise systems, as well as managing the quality and integrity of the content of the Enterprise Corporate Data Lake as the foundation for world-class business intelligence, analysis, insights and reporting. Our team members are spread out between Chile, Costa Rica, Malaysia, UK and the US.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Master Data Management Product Analyst, you will be responsible for the set up and maintenance of product data in key systems such as Salesforce and Oracle financial systems.  This will require establishing relationships across the world and advising on product inclusion, product structure and related data elements.  This will require an understanding of Experian’s complex product and business hierarchies as well as similar products in other regions. 

Measuring data quality improvements and revising, documenting, and formalizing data standards and processes on an ongoing basis.

• Work with business partners to create processes to meet their product business needs participating in actions from clarifying the need, brainstorming solutions to implementation.
• Review product submissions for completeness, quality and adherence to standards
• Entering product updates and new products into Oracle DRM and Salesforce while coordinating alignment with other functions to ensure set up and alignment in those systems.
• Perform data audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify data quality issues and provide resolution to correct the issues.
• Develop processes to address data issues to prevent them from reoccurring.
• Responding to partner’s data questions
• Lead and coordinate large scale data migrations consolidate acquisitions onto the global platforms.
• Lead meetings with business stakeholders to provide updates, best practices, training sessions and guidance on new product requests.

Focus of the role is to use the data available to consolidate and maintain the sets of reports within the DQT business, in order to bring clarity and insights across major areas of the business.

The analyst will collaborate with various leaders of Sales, Operations, Product and Services to support data led decisions. By providing the right insights, in the right way at the right time, this role will be critical as a source of analytics to support future business planning activities.

 

About the role:

• You will be the subject matter expert on business reporting analysis for our DQT ANZ market
• You will aid the ANZ DQT leadership team in understanding the performance of our cross-functional teams, including driving improvement in our existing performance reports and dashboards
• You will monitor and reinforce data quality standards in our CRM system and spreadsheets, and influence cross-functional teams to ensure standards are met
• You will identify opportunities for process improvement, create execution plans and then implement changes

• You will help us ensure that reporting data is fit for purpose when feeding into other functions within the ANZ DQT business

The role of Threat Research Investigations is to monitor and adapt to the ever-changing threat landscape. As a Senior Threat Research & Intelligence Analyst you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify and mitigate potential security threats. You will identify and analyze new adversarial tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) and apply these findings to proactive use cases. You will be a subject matter expert in analyzing malicious files and be an escalation point for the other members of the team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will:

• Provide expert knowledge on a wide range of customer focused investigations, threat assessments, and deep dive reports, often with multiple deadlines.

• Lead efforts in gathering and analyzing data from various sources to identify potential threats in the region. Utilize advanced analytical techniques to understand threat patterns and behaviors.

•  Perform reverse engineering (RE), vulnerability research (VR).

• Collaborate with other researchers and engineers developing and maintaining automation scripts and tooling when needed.

• Document deliverables to facilitate knowledge transfer.

• Prepare regular threat intelligence reports for both the internal business and for public consumption.

• Work collaboratively with other teams in the business to prepare in-depth deep dive reports on actors in the current threat landscape.

• Participate in cross team initiatives as a leader and representative of both the Threat Research Investigations team and BlackBerry Threat Research.

• Stay up to date on the latest security/threat analysis techniques and tools; attend applicable training, conferences, and learn new tools as needed.

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE

• Seven years minimum related experience in threat intelligence analysis and malware analysis.

• Bachelor’s or high level degree preferred; relevant and demonstrable experience can be substituted for educational degree.  

CRITICAL SKILLS

• Experience in researching cyber threat and providing actionable intelligence from that research.

• Experience in identifying, investigating and documenting techniques and technology relating to threats and threat actors. 

• Knowledge and application of low-level computer fundamentals including operational knowledge of multiple operating systems.

• 7 years minimum of experience programming in x86 Assembly, ARM Assembly, C, C++ or Python.

• Demonstrate advanced skills in query languages such as SQL, SPL, or similar, for extracting and analyzing data from databases and data lakes.

• Work with data lakes to store, process, and analyze large datasets. Ensure efficient data retrieval and high-performance data processing.

• Strong understanding of low-level computer fundamentals, assembly, and processor architecture.

• Experience reverse engineering COTS software, malware, or hardware.

• Proficiency with software version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Proficiency with TCP/IP and networking fundamentals.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Understanding of virtualization and sandboxing.

As part of the ongoing growth of Experian’s Global Finance Services (GFS) organization, an experienced, motivated and proactive General Ledger Analyst is needed to provide the accounting acumen and reporting required by Experian’s Group Financial Reporting function. This challenging role will be based in Experian’s Global Delivery Centre in Cyberjaya, Malaysia and be part of the Record to Report team (R2R), a key and growing part of the GFS team.

 

Work that matters - What you’ll be doing:

• Support GL journal related task including preparation of journal entries, ensure journals to be booked in accordance to company policies, collaborate with stakeholders (Finance Controller, Business Finance and FP&A team) in understanding journal submission and supporting evidence.
• Ensure all revenue and cost recognition/deferred journals posting according to IFRS15 accounting standard with supporting evidence as required.
• Support HFM related task including error validation, half year/year end disclosure as per Global timeline, etc
• Analyze and rectify issues or enquiries pertaining to GL transactions within the entities supported.
