客戶關係管理負責為各個銷售團隊建立關係和管道，同時為團隊經理提供支援。

職位描述：

• 維護入站/聊天銷售管道的日常運營，以確保業務覆蓋和團隊 SLA。
• 提供現場支援並監控隨機電話/聊天，以確定輔導機會，從而提高品質、糾正錯誤和提高銷售技能。
• 協助銷售經理進行團隊激勵，推動團隊完成銷售轉換目標並維持團隊績效KPI。
• 協助新進員工的入職、定期培訓和發展。
• 支援銷售經理規劃和成功執行項目，並有效管理變革。
• 及時為內部和外部客戶維護每日、每月和每季的績效報告。
• 堅持依要求完成支援管理層分配的任務。

工作要求：

• 行銷、工商管理、傳播學文憑或學位或同等學歷
• 2年管理銷售團隊經驗並有成功記錄
• 在企業對企業 (b2b)、電話銷售或任何相關領域擁有 3 年經驗
• 精通 Microsoft Office、Excel 和 PowerPoint
• 使用 Oracle 和 Salesforce.com 或類似 CRM 工具的經驗是額外優勢
• 在共享服務或 BPO 環境中處理作業的經驗是一個額外的優勢
