Candidate specifications:
Candidate should be BE/B.Tech- Electrical/Mechanical with relevant work experience of 5 to 6 years.
Candidate should have prior experience of working in an elevator company and should possess team handling skills.
Good communication skills- written & verbal for customer interaction.

What you will do
Within our Johnson Controls Data Center Solutions, Silent-Aire designs, engineers, and manufactures hyperscale cooling and modular data center solutions. In this role, you will oversee a team of inventory and/or warehouse employees and manage the inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels.
How you will do it
Supply product to production lines, organize the warehouse, and maintain IOH (Inventory on Hand) levels.
Analyze daily inventory transactions to ensure revenue targets are met.
Evaluate deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.

What you will do
You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operation workers (approximately 50-75 employees), such as assemblers, inspectors, precision workers, machine operators, fabricators, and plant and system operators while ensuring that production schedules are created and completed on time, safely, and within budget.

Direct the manufacturing workforce to achieve production goals.
Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
Anticipate production obstacles and manage team and stakeholders to overcome them.
Provide leadership and ownership of product quality while consulting with Quality staff and Engineers on quality issue while being accountable for the overall QA performance of the manufacturing unit.
Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, and production issues.
Provide motivation for employees, increasing morale, worker efficiency, and production rates.
Process and approve hourly timesheets and correct exceptions in a timely manner.
Monitor and assess employee’s performance, attendance, scheduling etc.
Ensure that work orders are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
Ensure safety is a priority with all workers, oversee strict adherence to Alberta and Canadian Occupational Health and Safety guidelines, attend JHSA meetings as needed.
Work with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within and between departments
Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules and other records / reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs and take action to meet schedule deadlines.

What you’ll do as an On-Site Representative/Fleet Supervisor:
The On-Site Representative is responsible for providing quality transport and distribution services to the customer whilst maximising the profitability and productivity of the business. You will also coordinate the operations of the distribution fleet, operating out of the customers premises, and coordinate the sortation and preparation of stock to be forwarded. You will act as the key contact point for the delivery partners, customer, and their stakeholders for customer service or operational queries.

This position works out of our Costa Rica – Alajuela location in the Electrophysiology Division. As the Production Supervisor, you will provide leadership to the production teams to deliver the business results and expectations on a day-to-day basis for one or more production areas. This position requires training in human resources/people skills, quality systems, and manufacturing processes. The position is responsible for ensuring that standard production processes are maintained and that safety, quality and production volumes are met.
What You’ll Do
• Assess and correct peers' completion of Supervisory responsibilities for production teams including personnel scheduling, evaluating discipline, coaching, selection and training of staff.
• Lead and support any initiative to ensure regulatory compliance within all production areas with internal and external regulatory requirements (FDA, TUV, etc.). Responsible to report quality issues immediately and co-lead their investigation and solution.
• Develop and execute plans to accomplish the production goals, which include productivity indicators, schedule adherence, quality, cost and service while maintaining a safe environment. Have full responsibility / ownership of his/her area of production and related areas as gowning, clean corridors, etc. This includes analyzing different systems to evaluate the state of efficiency and compliance of his/her area of production and related areas.
• Analyze production line leading indicators with prior or following supervisor to ensure that the transition between shifts is adequate.
• Arrange reports to communicate production progress, accomplishments and issues as required. This may include leading daily meetings with staff and peers to discuss issues and determine future actions that impact overall production line. Analyses daily production metrics and establishes mechanisms to ensure that all processes are in compliance with standard procedures.
