As a Citrix engineer in a financial services company, your primary responsibility is to manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the company's Citrix Cloud and private cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, including users ticket resolution, business requests and maintenance of the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the Citrix Cloud and AWS hosting infrastructure.
2. Monitoring the health and performance of Citrix/AWS/Azure resources and services to detect and address any issues proactively.

A Fund of Funds Middle Office Operations (FOF MOO) Senior Associate will be a part of a global team that is responsible for data collection of pricing information relating underlying fund positions and loading the information to the security master application.

An FOF MOO Senior Associate will have a strong understanding of what drives the value of an investment fund, the types of products it trades and the nature of day to day operations between an investment fund and its counterparties, all alongside a keen interest in learning new technologies and skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform site selection (if applicable), initiation, monitoring and close-out visits in accordance with contracted scope of work and good clinical practice. If applicable, Clinical Research Associates may be accountable for development of project subject recruitment plan on a per site basis. Support work with sites to adapt, drive and track subject recruitment plan in line with project needs to enhance predictability.

• Provide monitoring visits and site management for a variety of protocols, sites and therapeutic areas.

• Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites and establish regular lines of communication with sites to manage ongoing project expectations and issues. • Create and maintain appropriate documentation regarding site management, monitoring visit findings and action plans by submitting regular visit reports, generating follow-up letters and other required study documentation.

• Collaborate and liaise with study team members for project execution support as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent.

• Minimum of 1+ years of on-site monitoring experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Provide a full range of Fund Expense services to clients. This includes:

• Completion of all client deliverables such as invoice tracking and payment, and query resolution, as required;
• Liaise with clients, investment managers, vendors and fund service providers for day-to-day operational issues;
