Duties and Responsibilities

Contract Management

• Draft, negotiate and manage contracts related to the translation and commercialisation of NUS IP, including license agreements, option agreements, technology development agreements, materials transfer agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Work with in-house or external legal counsel to ensure contracts align with NUS policies, legal requirements, and TTI's commercialisation goals.

We are currently in an exciting phase of rapid growth and expansion and are seeking a Project Manager ready to join us in reshaping the future of sports technologies. The Project Manager will oversee the full execution of hardware/software/mechanical/data & algorithms projects. The primary focus of the Project Manager will be to lead a team of internal resources to successfully deliver Rapsodo's next-generation Sport-Tech Solutions to our clients and partners. Job Description:

• Oversee all Project Management Cycles from ideation to mass production, aligning with customer and project stakeholder expectations
• Serve as the single point of contact for customer projects, responsible for implementing and communicating action plans to meet Customer Project objectives
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information, working closely with customers to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Develop project plans in alignment with project goals and perform cross-departmental planning for all functions involved
• Lead design and development engineering and operations teams to execute the project plan in line with Rapsodo's commitment to customers in terms of delivery date, cost, and quality targets
• Manage, monitor, and control project scope, risks, changes, and reporting activities from project inception through launch
• Ensure that all Product Development Life Cycle processes are followed, and gates and milestones are accomplished
• Ensure the proper and successful delivery and deployment of projects

Requirements

Job Profile:

• A BSc degree in Engineering is required, and an M.Sc. is a plus (preferably in Computer/Electronic Science Eng.)
• Possess 3+ years of project/program management experience, with a project management certification being advantageous
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical team members
• Strong understanding of Software & System Design, Device & Platform Architecture, and experience in complete Product Life Cycle Development
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Fluent in English
• Solid presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across an international organization
• Strong leadership skills, decision-maker, team player, self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic multi-cultural environment

As a leader in the project team, his /her responsibilities are to:-

1. Management of development and deployment projects both within Integro and for Integro's customers and partners where appropriate.

2. Successful delivery of these assigned projects

Requirements

1. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

2. Mandatory to have 8 to 15 years in the IT industry, specifically in Loans Origination systems in the banks.

3. At least 5 years in a project management capacity managing a team of at least 15 people

4. Good knowledge of Java, J2EE, object oriented technologies and implementation will be an added advantage

5. Able to demonstrate leadership and have successfully managed a project from start to finish

6. Ability to manage time, cost and quality

7. Excellent inter-personal and communications skills

8. Knowledge of Loans and Credit Risks will be added advantage

9. Strong customer relations and ability to interact with IT and users at all levels

10. Ability to demonstrate leadership and problem ownership qualities

11. Require traveling and working in regional countries

• Overall, in charge and responsible for various system supporting customer services.
• To be responsible for Infra for company’s System supporting and maintaining
• DNS Servers, Postfix, VMware Cluster, Cpanel
• Acronis, Veeam Backup solution
• Window Server Operations System and Linux
• Monitoring servers like Nagios and Cacti
• Implement and support third party cloud services.
• Manage and guide a group of system engineer to ensure smooth operation of day-today business.
• Involve in providing solution to customer requirement related to system services
• Maintain service SLA for system services through continuous improvement of system
uptime.
• Plan and design expansion of system infrastructure as business grows.
• Maintain the security of the system servers through industry best practices.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of system related issues.
• Support scripting for the related supported applications
• Meeting customer and site installation when required.
• Perform service request and changes related to system services.
• Maintenance of back-up events and monitoring systems

• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to insure efficient planning and execution

• Responding to, solving of, first and second line incidents and monitoring all systems elements.

• Standby for after office hours escalations.

Reqiurements:
