A leading commercial law firm based in Manchester City Centre are looking to hire a full time Receptionist/Front of House to join a well-established and friendly team of 4. The position is full time and based in the office, working Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.45am-5.15pm.
The ideal candidate will have previous Reception/Front of House experience, with great communication and organisational skills. Legal experience is not essential, however general knowledge of switchboards is preferred.

What you will be doing as a Front of House/Reception role?

• Meet and greet all visitors and ensure they are seated in the correct area on arrival, whilst offering them refreshments
• Accept deliveries, and ensure items are delivered to the addressee in a prompt manner
• Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls (as directed) promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain meeting room diaries
• Managing conference room bookings and ensuring that they are set up and ready for use. Arranging refreshment and catering requests
• Additional ad hoc reception duties as they arise

What experience do you require for the Front of House / reception role?

• A background in hospitality, Front of House or reception
• Previous experience in reception or hosting would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills, and organisational skills. Be able to use/coordinate a switchboard
• Having an understanding of client confidentially, with a professional appearance and attitude
