Project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction project from inspection to completion. Be a team player in delivering sucessful construction projects by effectively managing resources, schedules, budgets and stakeholder expectations. 

1. Supervise and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approve architectural drawings and specifications
2. Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements

Responsibilities:

Assistant Manager’s role is to build business by identifying and selling to prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Assistant Manager will be in charge of building long-term relationships with a group of customers and generally stay with customers for the length of their relationship with the company.
