• Specialize in how our software applications function in hosted environments and customer computing scenarios.
• Test public cloud-based risk management solutions with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, managed services, and IT organizations.

The Core Job:

• Configuration, Administration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of enterprise servers for both Windows and Linux.
• Strong Windows and Linux system administration skills a must.
• Experience with VMWare vCenter administration
• Experience with IT Operations Platforms such as ManageEngine a strong plus
• Experience with any Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure/Huawei/Alibaba) a strong plus
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving server hardware, OS, and network issues working closely with vendors where required.
• Monitoring server and network performance metrics to ensure SLAs are kept
• Forecasting server/network usage taking into account user/application projections.
• Closing any audit issues with respect to server and network
• Experience in Backup Administration utilizing Veam or Cohesity is a strong plus
• Experience in High Availability design from a server and network perspective
• Experience in DRC exercises from server/network and backup perspective
• Ensure that security best practices are followed

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology or extensive field experience in lieu.
• Extensive hands on experience in Windows/Linux servers administration in an enterprise environment

• Microsoft AD Administration an advantage
• Veam or Cohesity Backup experience an advantage.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Markets and Operations team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in developing comprehensive platforms for fund administration, accounting, and operational workflows within a trading or digital asset environment. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing both frontend and backend solutions that streamline our trade capture processes and enhance our operational efficiency. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain web applications that support fund administration, accounting, trade capture, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs, maintaining code quality throughout the application's lifecycle.
• Work closely with the product development team to plan new features.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Development: You design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable Java code for our products. This includes optimizing the performance and efficiency of Java applications. You must ensure that every change is properly managed with version control, undergoes code review, and includes thorough unit testing.

• Implementation: You oversee the deployment of optimized and high-quality modules 

• Troubleshooting: You detect bottlenecks and bugs, devising effective solutions to address these issues. Additionally, you need to analyse and troubleshoot any issues reported by users or QA testers.

• Quality Assurance: You contribute to maintaining the quality, organization, and automation of our codebase.

• Documentation: You create and maintain technical documentation, including technical design specifications. This documentation facilitates communication and knowledge sharing within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Candidates with a relevant IT diploma may also apply. 

• Have 1 year of working experience as Software Engineer 

• Proficiency in Programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Servlet 

• Proficiency in Web Development: HTML, CSS
