Job-Scope

• Generate Purchase Orders to suppliers, tracking order status closely until order is fulfilled.
• Verify supplier invoices including product specifications, pricing, currency, etc; to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with local & overseas suppliers on all aspects of purchasing, discrepancies, negotiation, payment issues, etc.
• Update import shipment arrival schedule for internal information sharing.
• Handle overseas orders’ import logistics documentations and liaise closely with haulier/carrier/insurance agents on import/export container matters.
• Liaise with SFA office on food testing requirements

Pre-Requisites
