OBJECTIVES

• To complete the last phase of start-up of the new plant

TECHNICAL SCOPE

• Support for technical issues, especially for recurring problems. Participates to all optimisation of the systems. Leads/ participates in the Task Force and propose change initiatives.
• Preparation and monitoring of turnaround and technical shutdown (sections or units): works lists, provisioning operations, planning, help to coordinate work permits and follow up action.
• Technical support to production superintendent and supervisor in terms of production/operation parameters management.
• Perform daily reporting of plant performance and/ or production figures.
• Assist Production Manager to perform month end closing in SAP.

Work with other departments on mid-term technical topics:

• Process Team for trials, test-run, risk analysis
• Technical Services for changes and capex projects, reliability issues preventive ,maintenance plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, with minimum 2 years experience in Refinery, Oil & Petrochemical and/or Chemical Plant operations regime

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up camera, tripod, lights and grip equipment in the process of filming.

Responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts payables, prepare necessary reconciliations and accounting schedules and ensure timely book closing.

Key tasks:

Processing of all invoices and claims

• Process all suppliers invoices and credit notes related to inventory by verifying against GRN and PO. Ensure correct application of taxes in the suppliers invoices.
• Update invoice files and post transactions to Purchase Ledger/General Ledger.
• Monthly revaluation of foreign currency payables.
• Check and ensure all the expense/travel claims are according to the policy and with proper authorisation.

Payment Processing

• Process weekly and monthly payments for staff claims and local suppliers by generating the csv file for upload to bank.
• Prepare monthly payment proposal for foreign suppliers and coding of accounting entries for payment made.

Prepare Monthly Reconciliation and Accounting Schedules

• Reconciliation of Purchase Ledger vs General Ledger
• Prepare accounting schedules such as Goods-in-transit, Accrued Receipt, Stock Return Outwards.
• Prepare adjustment journal for correction-Assist in monthly and year end closing and during audits.
