TECHNICAL SCOPE

About The Role

As a Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of DPC and PC Development plant in Shell Jurong Island. You will manage a shift production comprising of a minimum 4 Team members and manage day to day operation, HSSE/Test plan/logistics planning/quality control/ ESP/process safety.

Specific responsibilities and activities include:

· Function as Day Shift Team Leader, with expectation to provide absence coverage and work shift hours when required

· Assist Commissioning and Start-up (CSU) Supervisor and provide support to the CSU leader in the following areas (before RFSU)

· Assist in case of any, Command operations and firefighting during emergency situations of the assigned PC Dev plant bringing the affected units to safe conditions as the first line of response.

· Assist in planning of equipment for maintenance and be responsible for issuance of clearance for maintenance and work permit as Clearance Certificate Signatory where applicable.

· Responsible for executing the ESP working principles ensuring quality in Shift Team’s performance in SHO, SOSO, SSS, Alarm Management, Intelatrac rounds, Operator Proactive Monitoring, etc.
