Job Brief

We are looking for a proactive and highly ambitious Client Management Specialist/Executive (Key Account) who will handle our client accounts. You will build and maintain a strong relationship with clients, be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, ensure targets for the client are met, and help the client to succeed. • Maintain close relationships with clients and strategic partners. Ensure clients issues are addressed and fixed in a timely manner. Monthly meeting & daily communication with client and platform PIC is necessary.
• Establish marketing planning and execution by employing business analytics to recommend and execute marketing strategy for clients assigned to complement to client’s overall business planning.
• Coordinate with internal departments: operation team, listing team, content marketing team, customer service team to make sure key elements are provided to each team to ensure key function of these teams can be operated smoothly.
• Coordinate with Business Intelligence to plan new and restructured existing reports for business analysis.
• Prepare reports and conduct performance reviews with clients and the marketplace on weekly or monthly basis.
• Maintain master product list accuracy and process billings such as statement, claim invoices efficiently on a timely manner.
• Conduct stock take and reconcile inventory reports (if required).
• Strive to push new initiatives to improve all SOP and processes.

 

Requirements:

• Experience in account management, retail procurement or project management in the fields of e-commerce advertising will be an added advantage
• Experience with online marketing/ merchandising and or campaign planning is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce/ Business Administration Management/ Marketing/ Finance is preferred
• Fluent and proficient in English language, Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in eCommerce Compulsory criteria in eCommerce knowledge.

Job Purpose / Overview

Job Purpose:  

The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. These activities, especially sales and marketing are targeted at both the TD SYNNEX extended sales team and the partner community.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services.

• Development and implementation of sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.

• Ensure that the technical sales support teams are appropriately trained to support the relevant product groups.

• Development and implementation of marketing programs to support product group objectives.

• Creation of joint initiatives with our vendor and business partners.

• Responsible for effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfillment and inventory obsolescence minimisation.

• Implementation of business plans that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets and generate the planned profit outcomes.

• Achievement of revenue plans by brand and by market segment.

• Coordinate the various functions within TD SYNNEX in order to deliver the outcomes agreed in each product plan.

• Ensure that executive business relations with vendor partners are of the highest order, are proactive and that the engagement is continually monitored so that new initiatives can be introduced as required.

• Maintenance and development of operational level vendor relationships.

• In order to execute product leadership it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary.

• Ensuring highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.

• Maintain a high level of safety awareness within your team to promote a safe working environment for all team members.

• Maintenance of an accurate pipeline by product group.

• Measurement and maintenance of critical product group performance data in order to ensure that TD SYNNEX meets its vendor commitments and fully leverages all commercial opportunities for rebates and other vendor investment initiatives.

• Business forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.

• Provision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.

• Be the advocate and leader for the relevant product groups in TD SYNNEX and be the advocate and leader for TD SYNNEX within the relevant vendor community.

• Provide direction, development and support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group. This will require a close working relationship with the Channels Sales Director.

• Deal effectively and efficiently with unsatisfactory performance and/or behavior within your team.

• Provide an appropriate example of leadership, by way of behaviors, to the wider organization.

• Proactively contribute as a member of the leadership team to the commercial ‘well-being’ and longevity of the business.

Description -

You will drive product electrical functionality issue resolution and improvement from internal process and customer complain.

What does a Product Engineer (Electrical Test) does at HP:

• Represents Product Engineering team in all matters related to the electrical testing and quality of complex thermal ink-jet products.

ERM Malaysia is looking to add an Environmental Air and Noise Consultant to the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical assistance and support to ERM Kuala Lumpur team in environmental technical due diligence projects.
• Assess environmental air quality / noise impact, local regulatory compliance and perform regulatory applicability evaluations for technical due diligence projects.
• Assist clients in liaison with Authority Have Jurisdictions (AHJs) relates to technical inquiries environmental air quality and noise.
• Assist in quantifying air pollutant emissions and impacts.
• Evaluate air pollution control technologies, including technical and economic feasibility of air pollution control equipment.
• Prepare recommendations and reporting of results.
• Perform multiple tasks within scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables.
• Interact and maintain successful relationships with clients, ERM employees, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with other ERM subject matter experts (SMEs) to execute due diligence, impact assessment and risk assessment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in environmental science / environmental engineering or equivalent.
• At least 4-6 years of direct consulting or industry experience involving environmental permitting and compliance. Experience with environmental air and noise modelling is a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding local regulatory requirement in environmental air and noise emission.
• Strong hands-on spreadsheet and database comprehension.
• Fluent in English and Malay; capable of excellent report writing in English.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced consulting environment, handling multiple project assignments, meeting strict deadlines, and traveling to client facilities as needed.
