Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement communications plans with a focus on content planning.  
• Content writing and development on technical subject matters including cybersecurity and fraud for a range of channels and formats (including articles, key messages, Q&A, briefing and speaker notes). 
• Working with subject matter experts across data and analysis, and security to identify and develop insights that are relevant and actionable to target audiences.
• Working with colleagues in Marketing and Corporate Affairs to support the translation of subject matter expertise and insights for external and customer communications, events, and campaigns.
• Develop strong working relationships with leaders from across Group Security to provide strategic communication advice and support, enabling them to develop their understanding of communication and enhance their skills. 
• Measure and continue to evolve communications programs, and identify potential gaps. 
• Monitor internal and external environments for potential issues and reputational risk.  

 

We are interested in hearing from people who have experience in:

• Content planning ,strategy and communications with some exposure in security (Cyber security , fraud) is essential.
• Content writing and editing skills across a range of styles and formats, preferably making technical or complex subject matter accessible and understandable.
• Complex environments working, building and managing relationships with stakeholders from across the business (including senior and C-suite). . 
• Strong Analytical skills -Leveraging data insights and subject matter experience to plan, develop and coordinate messaging, content and activities across a range of teams and channels. 
• Prioritising a backlog of work based on risk and an evolving threat landscape.
