Job Brief:

The Operation teams cover the end-to-end operational process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the platform to when the buyer receives the product. This position will be part of Customer Service, which handles inquiries from Singapore sellers and buyers via various channels (voice, email, online chats, case management, etc). Job Responsibilities:

• Primarily act as the interface between buyer and seller via various contact channels, email, online chats, case management, etc.

Our Card Dispute and Chargeback team is one of the frontiers of the exciting Wise world, helping our customers recover the cost of their problematic transactions, making sure we stay compliant with the card scheme and the relevant regulations, and pushing our partners to excel with us.

• Deep dive into customers' disputes and take appropriate actions. 
• Process card chargebacks and provide required information to our partners and the card scheme. 
• Learn and understand the relevant regulations and guidelines.
