ROLE : Trainer, Sisley Singapore
Reporting to the Brand General Manager
The ideal candidate will be in charge of implementing training tools/initiatives to develop and train a team of Beauty Advisors, and to deliver field coaching in line with the brand image and directions.
Training - Singapore Local Market
· Execute training programs and coaching to all staff on brand story, product and service knowledge, selling skills and exceptional customer service to engage and motivate Beauty Advisors.
· Train 2 brands – Sisley (skincare, makeup, fragrance) and Hair Rituel by Sisley. Includes training the facial therapists to deliver the Sisley facial standards.
· Understand the business priorities and identify education needs, deliver on action plans.
· Evaluate and follow-up training results, which will include follow up coaching to ensure adoption of training materials and to motivate Beauty Advisors to deliver Retail Excellence.
· Motivate the Beauty Advisors to embrace follow up learning via the in-house Training app and ensure content is updated timely and to monitor and ensure adoption.
· Manage and uphold all Beauty Advisors’ grooming standards at stores and during events.
· Motivate the Beauty Advisors via team bonding activities and incentives.
· Assist in the recruitment of new Beauty Advisors and therapists.
· Order and manage the Beauty Advisor uniform and facial cabin supplies.
· Manage the general operations and customer appointments of each Sisley facial cabin
· To order and update all related training materials and products.
· Setting and management of overall Training budget.
Training Others
· Train the Travel Retail BC team on new product training, new Beauty Advisor training.
Customer Service
· Handle product enquiries through social media & customer service email/phone.
· Liaise on product returns and to manage the customer feedback.
· Execute mystery shopping and customer service excellence projects and follow ups.
· Any ad-hoc projects related to Retail Excellence.
Special Event Support
· Provide on-site support for consumer/retailer events.
· Lead, manage and conduct workshops and Masterclass/Live streaming events.
Public Relations
· Present at brand launches to media and KOLs.
· Assist the marketing team in contribution on product USP when discussing press releases, product focus on the month, and all marketing collateral creation.
OTHERS
· Assess and recommend upskilling courses for our Beauty Advisor team as needed.
· To perform any other assigned job duties assigned by the Management as required.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training – service or product education with demonstrated delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
· Minimum qualification – Diploma.
· Prior experience in the cosmetic retail or beauty industry is a must and knowledge in facial service is a plus.
· A real passion for people and their development.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral and high competency in presentation.
· Excellent customer service skills with a good understanding of retail market.
· Demonstrated solid leadership skills and an excellent team player with ability to motivate others, to adapt to different situations and to problem-solve.
· Strong presentation skills and possess a highly resourceful nature.
· A motivated individual with a high level of drive, initiative, commitment, integrity and professionalism.
· Results oriented with a strong “hands-on” approach.
· Able to work autonomously and be a dedicated team player in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
· Ability to use MS office application – PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc
· Excellent organization skills.
