3. Use state-of-the-art layout techniques for matching, ESD, latch-up prevention and parasitic reduction and work with an awareness and understanding of the process from physical point of view.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct business process analysis - elaborate strategies and plans for product implementation (after customer or potential customer visits)
• Create and deliver presentations and perform product demonstrations for potential customers
• Propose high-level technical solutions fulfilling customer requirements

• Respond to customer technical questionnaires (RFQ, RFI)

1. To setup derivative test system for product lines based on test specification (PAV) provided by CoC team accordingly to following requirement:

• To track project budget and ensure equipment cost within the planed budget.
• On time delivery of test systems to the production line according to project milestone (include manage of equipment, hardware interface and mechanical jig and fixture purchase)
• Release the test system according to Test System Release Procedure.
• To train and coach maintenance team to be able to handle test system breakdown more effectively and maintain test system in achieving FOR (NTF related FOR) and OEE target. (eg. Propose Preventive Maintenance plan, analysis tool of breakdown causes, Test System Setup guideline and test fixture and job design concept)

      2. To participate in project meeting to clarify plant/ production requirement on test  
          system.

      3. Responsible on full test implementation according to test procedure according to PAV
          defined by CoC team and achieve defined test coverage, make sure alignment and
          calibration process (such of flashing of memory, tuner alignment/ calibration.) is in line
          with test procedure.

      4. To support line for trouble shooting in test system.

      5. General support on the following:

• To participate in FOR daily meeting, project meeting to monitor daily operation issue test related.
• To upgrade software to the latest DUT software released by ENG.
• To analysis MIS data and coordinate improvement activities on test time reduction and machine efficiency.
• Early involved in new model concept discussion with CoC and TEF7, to ensure smooth handling from new project set up team after SOP.

About Operations Engineering Division (OED): OED is the central team that supports all Business Unit Design and Development teams, and other organizations including Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Foundry Operations, and Test.  OED provides a platform for managing all process technology and PDK development for both Internal and External Foundry processes. Duties and Responsibilities:

Cloud based yield tool deployment, Foundry Yield Improvement, Datamining support for fab escalations and yield tool training.

The new hire is expected to:

1. Drive Foundry Defect Density Reduction.
2. Analyze gaps between defect driven yield and actual ATPG yield to improve foundry related process / defect issues for yield improvement.
