Role Summary:

The Enterprise Master Data Management team is responsible for governing, coordinating and maintaining critical master data and other data related to customers, products, vendors, chart of accounts and additional key data elements across Experian's enterprise systems, as well as managing the quality and integrity of the content of the Enterprise Corporate Data Lake as the foundation for world-class business intelligence, analysis, insights and reporting. What you’ll be doing:

As a Master Data Management Product Analyst, you will be responsible for the set up and maintenance of product data in key systems such as Salesforce and Oracle financial systems.  This will require establishing relationships across the world and advising on product inclusion, product structure and related data elements.  This will require an understanding of Experian’s complex product and business hierarchies as well as similar products in other regions. 

Measuring data quality improvements and revising, documenting, and formalizing data standards and processes on an ongoing basis.

Role Summary

Qualifications:

• Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Business Management/Administration, or a related field, with a focus on advanced analytics, strategic consulting, or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in management consulting, analytics, IT consulting, or a similar role, demonstrating expertise in leveraging advanced analytics techniques, methodologies, and tools within complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading consulting engagements, analytics projects, and strategic initiatives that drive business transformation, operational excellence, and measurable results within the ESADS context or equivalent enterprise environments.

• Beneficial Experience:

The SSC/OPS Manager is responsible for managing and serving as a representative for all store-level Operations initiatives, including those within the Operations Team and those driven by other Departments.  This individual provides expert knowledge and operational insight to internal departments in order to ensure successful rollouts of store-level initiatives.  The Manager also identifies areas of opportunities and recommends solutions to enhance the processes and operations of RaceTrac stores.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains relationships between senior leadership and cross-functional departments within the company.
• Manages the project lifecycle for multiple simultaneous Operations initiatives from planning through execution.
• Communicates project plans and articulates roles, project goals, and timelines to internal sponsors, stakeholders, and key players.
• Provides continual follow up and ensures internal customers’ needs are met.
• Escalates roadblocks as needed, both to internal Departments and Field Leadership, to ensure resolution of any identified inefficiencies or gaps in the process.
• Serves as an advocate for field Operations personnel and effectively communicates employee feedback to the appropriate department. 
• Establishes partnerships with field management and personnel to ensure Operations initiatives are aligning with the company’s overall goals.
