Backup Management.

Candidate shall constantly track the backup status for SAP and non-SAP servers, and update the SOP if there is any change in the backup configurations.

The Senior Program Specialist (Project Manager) is responsible for the management of projects, projects they may be assigned as a Project Managers of a specific work package(s) within the larger project.
When managing projects, they will be solely responsible for the Planning, Execution and Monitoring & Control of the project with specific emphasis on managing the customer, contract management, project finances and reporting out to the business. Technical
Coordinate the technical requirements of the project with the Engineering Leader to ensure the final solution meets the requirements of the specification.
Drive lower cost to serve through value Engineer and use of GES.

MUST HAVE:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical), Management, Business/Administration or a similar field.
• Proven experience and knowledge in Building Management Systems (BMS).

Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with End to End Project/Program management and milestone management.
• Assist with User Requirement Request, Reviews and documentations.
• Manage Root Cause Analysis on defects, as well as during identification of underlying problems.
• Participate in UAT including preparation of test case plan, test scripts, testing progress monitoring and status updates
• Conduct End User Training
• Follow DBS standards on Risk Management, Security and all Corporate Project Management methodologies
• Management Reporting/Adhoc Tasks
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc reporting requests including BCC, STP Numbers 2) for area of responsibility through dashboard and scorecards
• Perform Business holiday calendars checks
• Assist with DCFC marcos updates
• Organise and co-ordinate people engagement activites such as EXSA Award, organising WMO Team bonding Events etc
• Adhoc tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Degree Holder with 1-3 years of relevant project management experience in Wealth Management.
• Hands-on experience with CMCP/Finacle/Avaloq/Workflow Systems preferred.
• Experience/Knowledge in Wealth Management Operation Processes is required.
• Hands-on experience in test case creation, scripting and performing UAT testings.
• Able to conduct and faciliate requirements gathering session.
• Experience in creating presentation decks and comfortable with presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a positive working attitude.
• Ability to work and cope with pressure with accuracy and commitment.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various projects elements simultaneously.
• Fast Learner, systematic and meticulous with an eye for details.

1) Event management
