Job Details:

• 2- 3 years of overall working experience related to budgeting, controlling, finance or accounting/Strong business applications skills, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint/ Experience in Telecommunication industry and audit is added advantage. 
• Review any purchase or payment requests and ensure they are as per approved limit of authority, supported by approved business case (where applicable) and Standard Accounting Procedure.
• Verify all the supporting document, data and information provided to the share service to ensure the accuracy of data posted to GL and the completeness of documentation for audit purposes.
• Provide support for payables, tax and treasury cycles.
• Monitor day to day budget and non-budget spending activities and highlight any issues to the divisional budget controllers when necessary as to ensure the expenditure is within the approved budget and in line with business plan.
• Provide budgetary support such as budget allocation, budget utilization and budget balance to the divisional budget controllers.
• Analyze monthly actual operation expenses and other discretionary expenses against budget and highlight any irregular trend (if any) to the team.
• Prepare monthly analysis report and highlight any irregular trend to the team.
• Prepare monthly report spending against budget and highlight major points on variances and movement to give awareness to budget owner on their spending so that they can improve their budget control and planning.
• Deal with external parties such as tax agents, external auditors, consultants and bankers.
• Involved in transformation and process improvement exercise.
• To work closely with Finance Manager to prepare reporting and performance deliverables.
• Any other relevant tasks as allocated.
• Support divisional budget controllers in their day-to-day accounting related operations and ensure conformance with procedures and limit of authority. Analyze budgeting and accounting reports and highlight to divisional budget controllers for any discrepancies or matters requiring attention.

Main Purpose of Job:

• The main purpose of a collector is to manage customer’s account on monthly basis, ensure all accounts pay before due date & to ensure customer’s account maintain and does not increase in ageing.

Job Description:

• Responsible to each separate individual result (collection result).
• Advise customer to make the payment on time.
• React as a reminder to remind customer regarding the payment due date.
• Response customer request based on the customer requirement.
• To ensure to maintain customer service and company image.
• Complete dunning activities based on allocated queues.
• Extensive follow up with customer via phone calls/email/fax to ensure that they pay in accordance to credit term.
• Ensure good clients relationship & service levels.
• Achieve the set standards in collections and financial objectives of collections by the management.

Job Requirement

• Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree Holder.
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Good communication in English & Malay.
• Well knowledge of PC and proficiency in MS Office.
• Listening skills to empathize and listen to other person’s ideas.
• Persuasion skills in order to move others into positive action, attitudes and behavior.
