Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a creative, self-driven, and resourceful marketer with all-rounded, hands-on experience in brand, digital marketing (paid and organic), and communications. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in running full funnel marketing and communication campaigns across multiple touch points – from organic to paid and earned channels, including external communications.

Key Responsibilities

Brand and Communications

• Own and manage the marketing communications strategy across a broad range of marketing channels (owned, earned, paid)

• Manage external resources whenever required, such as agencies and freelance designers to develop creative assets
• Partner with HR on employer brand marketing initiatives to build our employer brand and deepen our culture
• Monitor competitive landscape, macroeconomic and customer trends in order to inform strategy
• Stay updated on industry trends in visual design, motion graphics and photography, generative AI for design, and proactively explore ways to elevate the Validus brand

Digital Marketing

• Plan, own and drive (hands-on) end-to-end omni-channel digital campaigns: paid channels, email marketing, website landing pages and lead nurturing campaigns
• Agency management: Paid media planning, campaign objectives and targets, leverage audience segments, optimise cost per lead, conversions, ROAS and other key performance metrics, SEO, and campaign performance reporting
• Corporate website management: Build and optimise engaging digital experiences leveraging the latest martech solutions, manage website updates and the development of new landing pages
• End-to-end martech automation and campaign operations: Set up, list import, data formatting, A/B testing, launch, continuous optimisation, management, and campaign performance reporting

Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, the Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the ELMO Sales Enablement Strategy. The objective of the role is to develop and lead initiatives that have a critical impact on the effectiveness of the sales teams in driving growth and customer satisfaction.

This is a position integral to the Sales & Customer facing teams and its objective is to improve sales teams’ capabilities as well as individual sellers' results by providing integrated content, tools, and training. When done well it will be pivotal for driving modern sales capabilities of the front-line sales and account managers along the entire customer’s buying journey.

The focus of the position is 60% on go-to-market initiatives and enabling sales teams with the right resources, content and tools,, 20% on departmental priorities and alignment, and 20% on tactical gaps which occur from time to time during the period.

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher required. Minor or advanced degree in business preferred
Track record of making an impact and driving sales effectiveness outcomes
Fluency in Sales automation technology required; experience in driving adoption of sales effectiveness tools & platforms preferred
Experience in the design, development and deployment of sales programs required
Past experience selling B2B solutions and/or managing B2B sales required
