The Performance Marketing Director will lead the Performance Marketing team, and will be responsible for delivering the performance media strategy, planning, buying and management on behalf of our clients. You will manage significant digital media budgets on behalf of clients, including recommending how to split the media budget, implementing AdWords, paid social and online display/pre-roll campaigns (including remarketing etc.), and continual optimisation. You will need strong analysis skills to plan and forecast traffic/sales, as well as to deliver continual optimisation.

You will also work with our creative team to influence creative based on what is working. Ideally we are looking for someone who can also automate Google Adwords scripts, implement product feeds into Google, and manage the more technical aspects of our Adwords set-up for ecommerce clients.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, expertise and high-quality work as clients will depend on you. You will be expected to lead clients and help identify opportunities to grow revenue for whiteGREY.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing & Digital Media (70%)
• Lead performance marketing strategy for clients, and become their trusted advisor on performance media
• Oversee delivery of performance marketing planning, buying, management & optimisation, ensuring that whiteGREY is hitting the agreed targets for our clients
• Working with the broader whiteGREY/TeamRed digital media team to deliver consolidated digital media strategies and campaigns
• Deliver all client requirements profitably and to the targeted profitability level
• Forecast digital media campaign results (traffic, sales, etc.) and highlight the levers that can be altered to improve results

Digital Analytics (10%)
• Lead digital media reporting & tracking, including setting up tracking and attribution spreadsheets

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Should have the majority of:

The incumbent is a key member of the Food & Beverage Marketing to drive and execute the Food and Beverage (F&B) Marketing Strategy for designated properties/business entities.

Job Description:

· Develop and execute company's Southeast Asia sales strategy to ensure the achievement of sales targets and performance indicators.

· Lead and manage the sales team, including training, performance management, and recruitment.

· Manage both online and offline activities of marketing team, including but not limited to event planning, digital marketing, social media marketing, etc. Ensure close collaboration with the sales team to enhance brand awareness and sales performance.

· Expand and develop overseas markets, especially sales channels and partnerships in key markets.

· Lead communication and negotiation between the sales team and clients to ensure customer needs are met and sales transactions are facilitated.

· Analyse market trends and competitor dynamics, adjust sales strategies to respond to market changes.

· Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, work closely with product development and after-sales teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

· Responsible for developing sales budgets and resource allocation, managing sales costs and profit margins.

· Regularly report sales performance and market dynamics to the executive team, provide improvement suggestions and strategic planning.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from domestic universities ranked 211 or above or overseas institutions ranked in the top 200 by QS.

· Over 10 years of experience in software product sales, at least 5 years of experience in SaaS product sales.

· Possess successful experience in expanding overseas markets and track record of achievements, able to effectively develop and manage the Southeast Asian market.

· Strong bilingual skills, able to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals.

· Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of independent thinking and quickly responding to various challenges.

· Good business acumen and market sensitivity, able to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs.

• Lead and manage the creative direction and vision for book covers and marketing materials.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Owns the strategic planning and execution of the Transformative Marketing and Digital Marketing initiatives for the region. Drive revenue growth aligned with geography/vertical/product priorities defined in Commercial Growth Bridges, utilizing integrated marketing tactics driven by customer behavior in the purchase journey, lead generation and lead qualification actions continually optimized for impact and effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Build, develop, and lead regional team of Marketing professionals responsible for development and execution of lead generation, lead qualification, search marketing, social media, tradeshows, PR and other marketing communication activities.
• Owns the revenue target for Digital and Transformative Marketing in the region including the metrics for lead gen, lead conversion and opportunity conversion + the E-commerce revenue target for the region
• Leads and manages the Strategic planning process for the platform in the region including creating or refining strategic plans for sub-regions.
• Continually strives to develop a Center of Excellence in marketing communications, with strong focus on direct marketing, lead generation, lead qualification and opportunity management.
• Oversees the development of tradeshow strategies and schedules, and related promotional activities.
• Utilizes strong knowledge base to guide appropriate communication strategies, working closely with various global marketing teams like market research, vertical marketing and product management teams
• Define, manage and continuously improve Marketing team results/metrics including regular reporting of results versus plan, Visual and Daily Management of marketing performance & tracking campaign results for best practice sharing or improvement as necessary
• Define cadence for marketing team for meetings with the in-country Sales team to ensure opportunity management of marketing generated leads is effective

REQUIREMENTS

• MBA in marketing is preferable or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Worked for a business process-oriented multinational corporation
• Strong people management skills with experience developing direct reports
• 12 + years of experience in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets is desired
• Strong preference for business-to-consumer and direct marketing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint, and Acrobat
• Market segmentation, research and strategic skills
• Digital marketing understanding (at minimum PPC, SEO savvy even if not a technical expert)
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a large budget

TRAVEL (REQUIRED ESTIMATED % OF TIME): 25-30% (India, Australia, Thailand and Malaysia would be the key locations)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and business development leadership roles in a B2B sales team
• Proven experience in B2C+B2B marketing
• Minimum of 8-10 years in a managerial/leadership position
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage and grow a cross-functional sales and marketing team
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to encourage and influence teams for continuous development and growth of self, customers, and business
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• A customer-focused mindset, with a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop solutions that meet those needs.

• Experience in the coffee, F&B and adult education sector is a plus.
