Job Responsibilities:-

• Asssist the HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrurm of HR Fuction
• Perform administrative tasks in the HR Department such as staff management, recruitment process, employee welfare programes etc.
• Assist to prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure that all HR transactional activites and standards comply with relevant Acts and ethical standards.
• Administer the HRIS and liaise with service provider for resolution of issues when necessary.
• Administer and update employees' database on atimely and accurate basis.
• Assist to handle insurance processes, accurately and timely.
• Assist to advice Heads of Department and all employees on HR policies and procedures, employee rewards and benefits.
• Assist on work pass matters and tax clearances for foreigners.

Requirement:-

• At least Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Locally Candidates must be familiar with Singapore Labour Laws and Foreign work pass regulations/procedures and with at least one year HR Experience.
• Posses excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Detailed and meticulous, ability to multi-task, good planning, co-ordination and follow-up skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced enviroment and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office Application, such as Words, Excel and powerpoint.

People Management

Financial Management

Operational Management

• Assist in the areas of employment, affirmative action, salary and benefits administration, employee events, or employee communications.
• Supervise hiring process by posting/advertising positions, collecting and evaluating applications, checking references, interviewing candidates with supervisors, hiring applicants
• Develop and administer employee performance evaluation program, assisting supervisors with implementation.
• Plan, coordinate and administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Assist the Manager - Talent and Culture in establishing the personnel budget, including salaries and benefits.
• Co – ordinate all Team Dining activities and responsible for all employee facilities.
• Oversee health benefits program.
• Ensure compliance and co – ordinate issues pertaining to law, court decisions, and trends affecting personnel policies and procedures and keep abreast of the same.
• Maintain job classification, job descriptions and competence manuals.
• Maintain awareness of developments and trends in the profession through in-service workshops, meetings, conferences, professional literature and organizational memberships, advising team mates, as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct the preparation of payroll and ensure the timely updating and maintenance of employee files, including documentation of new hires and resignations.
• Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for waivers of foreign workers' levy and handle the application or cancellation of work passes.
• Engage dynamically in the recruitment process by crafting job descriptions, posting advertisements, and orchestrating the hiring sequence.
• Maintain records of employee attendance, EEO data, and other relevant data in compliance with policy requirements and legal obligations.
• Review employment and workplace conditions to confirm legal compliance.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with organizational directives and legal statutes.
• Undertake benchmarking for compensation and benefits to stay competitive in the marketplace.
• Support the annual salary assessment and revision process.
• Oversee the performance management system, upholding standards for routine employee evaluations.
• Manage and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and disputes.
• Administer protocols related to employee discipline.
