Job Description:
• Service, install, test, and troubleshoot IT products at clients' premises, focusing on turnstile, card reader, facial recognition systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on IT equipment to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with IT systems, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
• Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts to restore functionality.
• Keep detailed records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in IT maintenance and support to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

Requirement:
• Basic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Possess a Class 3 or higher driving license.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences

Job Description (Includes and not limiting to the following :)

• Performs a wide variety of responsible duties requiring the exercise of judgment and initiative in the management of a municipal golf course operation.
• To assist in the management of the daily operations and services of the golf course including: facility/building management; staff supervision and management; and marketing and tournament organization.
• Working knowledge of the maintenance of golf course tees, fairways and greens; seeding and maintenance practices for golf course turf; planting, cultivating, pruning, and caring for plants, shrubs and trees; characteristics and proper use of various fertilizers and soil conditioners; herbicides and pest control methods and materials; drainage control methods; and irrigation systems, including wells, pumps and automatic controls.
• Responsible for weekly scheduling and daily oversight of staff for the facility, the pro shop operation, and the on-course golf rangers/starters. Performs related work as required.
• To ensure that all work assigned to you are carried out smoothly and efficiently without any disruption in accordance with Company’s Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Management Plan.
