Requirement:

• Primary Language: Mandarin ( As require to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and also Mandarin speaking colleagues from China Mainland)
• To work as a logistics assistant, a minimum of a Diploma holder combined with at least 1 year of administrative support experience in Operation Department.

• To check attendance and record on attendance book and to supervise general worker.
• Receive packing instruction and checklist from production for further action.
• To ensure product code and batch number printed on products container and boxes according to packing instruction and checklist required.

Job Description

A store Supervisor is a professional responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s inventory. This includes identifying inventory needs, implementing policies and procedures for stock control, and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels. You also responsible for handling supervisory level activities for one or more areas of the warehouse including: shipping, picking & packing, receiving, inventory control, warehousing and distribution functions for raw materials, in-process goods, released finished products, supplies and product configuration.

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
