SHIFT DUTIES

• Manage Import/Export operations (Finished Goods), liaising closely with overseas’ distribution centres.
• Billing for sea FCL/LCL, and Air, weekly/monthly settlement report, analysing cost effective of purchases for each shipment.
• Liaise with freight forwarders for shipment tracking, custom permit update, and arrange government inspection if necessary.
• Follow up with vendors, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to meet quality standards, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with logistic staffs to ensure all products (raw materials) arrive in good condition; Conduct regular inspections and audits of incoming raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to address any quality-related issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain or improvise quality assurance, to ensure all products (raw materials) are safe (background checked), cost effective, and assured quality.
• Monitor stock levels (raw materials) and identify purchasing needs.
• Update internal databases with order details and maintain updated records of invoices and summary payments.
