We are looking for an experienced administrator to support the Land Charges Officer for up to 12 months (maternity cover) in the provision of an effective and efficient Local Land Charges Service to the public and maintaining and updating the Local Land Charges Register.
You will assist in the processing of Local Search requests of all types from receipt to completion (including checking of information supplied by other departments), maintain the Local Land Charges Register and other applications to produce accurate search results and provide access to registers to third parties.
Educated to QCF (NVQ) Level 3 in Administration or equivalent; or able to demonstrate competence through experience you will be flexible and a committed team player who places the customer first.
