1. You will be responsible for helping the business owner to advertise their brand via our platform and channels. 

2. Identify and connect potential investors for business owners.

3. Conduct meetings with business owners to understand their business needs and offer our solutions to reach their target investors.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.

5. Actively engage with customers through digital channels (e.g. website, chat, email) to trigger their interest in our solutions.

6. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities

7. Continuously develop and improve the company’s service pitch and better service deliverance.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related field.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome.

3. Excellent spoken and written English and/or Mandarin.  

4. Genuine interest in serving SME owners and assisting them in achieving their business goals.

5. Previous experience in sales or business development roles.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.

7. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing challenges and meeting customer needs.

Job Requirement:

• Provide administrative support (front desk and back-end support) for the IT Division in the office. 
• Handing and monitoring calls on IT support. 
• Prepare correspondences and documents, and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases. 
• Maintain employees’ leave, medical and attendance records. 
• Arrange interview appointment & interviewer. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any related discipline  
• Min CGPA 3.0 and above
• Fluency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English 

Responsible for providing end users support such as troubleshooting PC/Notebook, configuring software, troubleshooting applications software, asset management including deployment and refreshment, installing and configuring phones/tablets, printers, local area networks, wide area networks, any piece of computer related peripheral or software that end user would be using. IT engineer has to perform their daily tasks by providing a high level of customer service to the end user.

Job Descriptions:

• Provide level 1 support (assistance through phone calls, remote sessions, email, and ticketing tools)

Job Requirements:

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
• Preferably specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English, and Malay (Mandarin and Chinese are a plus) language for both spoken and written.

• Manual software testing for our website and application and documenting any issues, bugs or errors found as well as any possible solutions for them
• Automation testing using Cypress.io to automate the bug testing process
• AI automation testing using the Recombee platform (Suitable for Machine Learning, AI or Data Science majors)
• Research into the best ways to develop/create/establish a system or element of our platform like chatbots, automated responses, etc if needed
• If needed: Using Adobe XD to open prototype designs and analyze the UI/UX
• If needed: Assisting senior developers by coordinating project management activities using Jira

Note: We mainly use Skype and Dropbox, but with seniors developer you may also have the opportunity to use Microsoft Teams.
