工作職責

• 對南亞地區的集團公司進行內部控制監控。
• 在現場工作完成後準備審計報告並提出適當的建議，以向各公司的最高管理階層、區域主管、總部內部控制部門通報情況。
• 提出建議/跟進集團公司的自查活動和糾正措施。
• 促進南亞地區內部審計委員會支持業務目標。
• 進行審計實地工作，以確定控制弱點、潛在的詐欺活動以及需要進一步改進的領域。
• 適應法定法規/審計標準的變化。
• 履行上級不時分配的任何其他職責。
• 根據指定參加 NMM 公司活動（5s、安全、環境與能源、預算計劃、ISO 文件等）。
  

工作要求

• 至少擁有會計/金融/工商管理/國際商務學士學位或碩士學位或同等學歷。
• 需要至少3至5年的內部稽核工作經驗。
• 需至少 3 年製造公司內部控制經驗。
• 有 JSOX 或日本公司審計經驗者優先（非必須）。
  

能力要求

• 熟悉審計方法。
• 較強的報告撰寫和溝通能力，良好的分析和解決問題的能力，細緻而較強的人際交往能力。
• 高度勤奮，在強大壓力下保持耐心，確定控制措施並建議緩解活動。
• 偶爾需要出差進行實地工作。

Job Responsibilities

• To perform internal control monitoring for Group Companies in South Asia Region.
• To prepare audit report with proper recommendation upon finalization of field work to update the Top Management of each company, Regional Head, HQ Internal Control Department.
• To give suggestion / follow up group companies for self-check activities and corrective action.
• To facilitate internal audit committee for South Asia Region to support business objectives.
• To carry out audit fieldwork to identify areas of control weaknesses, potential fraudulent activities and areas that require further improvement.
• To accommodate with the changes in statutory regulation / Audit Standards.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior.
• To participate NMM company activities (5s, Safety, Environment & Energy, Budget Plan, ISO Documentation, etc) as assigned.
   

Job Requirements

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/International Business or equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in Internal Audit is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Internal Control for Manufacturing companies is required.
• Either JSOX or Japanese companies audit experience is highly preferred (not a must).
   

Competency Requirements

• Familiar with Audit Methodology.
• Strong report writing and communication skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous and strong interpersonal skills.
• High diligence, patience under strong pressure, identify control and recommend on mitigation activities.
• Travel occasionally for field work is needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Support and assist superior to carry out audit assignments in accordance with Annual Internal Audit Plan or on ad-hoc basis within the assigned timeline.
• Perform audit engagements, evaluate, and test systems and controls to assess adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with policies and procedures, reliability and integrity of information and safeguarding of assets.
• Develop and discuss findings, recommendations, and timelines for corrective action with responsible personnel and control owner.
• Prepare audit reports with value-added recommendations to improve internal control and governance practices.
• Prepare and preserve the audit work documentation such as working papers, supporting document and others.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary.
   

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Engineering or related field of study. Preferably in ACCA, CPA, CIA or other recognized qualification.
• Being observant and has curiosity about business operations.
• Strong analytical ability and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be stationed at / travel to Bintulu factory.
• Willing and able to travel extensively within a short notice period.
• With minimum one to two years of working experience in operational, financial and compliance audit, preferably candidates with exposure in manufacturing environment and willing to pursue a career in manufacturing industry.

• To perform assessment, audit and gap verification of clients and applicants in accordance with SGS requirements and customer’s global standard or management system.
   
• To conduct the audit presentations and prepare assessment reports within the timeline stipulated as per SGS and/or accreditation/oversight body requirements.
   
• To carry out the role as Lead Auditor effectively as per ISO 19011 (Auditing Management Systems) guidelines. He/she will be responsible in ensuring client understanding of the assessment decision and clear direction to particular items of correction, corrective action and continual improvement where appropriate.
   
• To recommend the issue, re-issue, suspension or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with SGS policy, procedures and prescribed time frame.

• To perform technical review on allocated audit jobs where qualified from time to time in accordance with SGS Certification Function approval procedures.

• To provide commercial referrals to Sales & Marketing department and assist in the company business budget achievement.
   
• To support and provide training services based on SGS Academy Annual Training Calendar as well as in-house training programs.
   
• At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
   
• To perform other types of product/scheme audits on top of the primary product/scheme audit based on the business needs and qualification.
   
• Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
