• Collaborate with the team and employee to ensure the organization’s HR policies and procedures are widely adhered to , accepted and updated.
• Manage and communicate new or revised organization HR policy and procedure issues in the respective employees including delivery of short briefing, ensuring the employees are appropriately equipped and constantly supported in introducing and managing such changes.

• Administer staff confirmation, transfer, promotion, and other related staff movement.
• To prepare remittances for EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, Zakat and HRDF Levy.
• To liaise with relevant government bodies such as HRDF, Income Tax, KWSP, SOSCO, HRDC Levy etc.
• To maintain staff’s personal records and keep the data updated from time to time.
• May assist in evaluating and modifying the JM’s training programs.
• May assist with establishing and implementing the training calendar.
• To review and monitor employee attendance, discipline record, annual leave and medical leave.
• Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned to the Admin & HR Manager and top management from time to time.     

Required qualifications:

•  Posses at least at a diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resource management /business studies/administration/ management/ or equivalent
• At least 4 years of working experience in HR with a similar position

ROLE SUMMARY:

As the Business Support Coordinator at ULD Logistics & Distribution Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible to execute and facilitate the daily operations of the company. You will be assisting to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective communication, negotiation, customer-oriented approach and distribution of goods to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

Warehousing 

• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database.
• Coordinates and schedules the movement of products throughout the warehouse including storage and shipment of finished product.
• Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse
• Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
• Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
• Identifies and reports slow-moving product and with approval, arranges for the removal of the product.
• Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports.

Operations 

• Responsible for day-to-day coordination, execution and tracking of sea import and export. Communicate with carriers, terminals, customs brokers, truckers and oversea agents.
• Ensure all shipment documentations are compliant with customs rules and regulations.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships and communication with customer, clients, carriers, forwarders, customs etc. and ensure an impeccable service.
• Complete customs clearances and ensure full compliance to any relevant regulations.
• Manage documentation flows; This includes all operational transactions such as bills of lading (B/L), packing lists, commercial invoices and certificates of origin, licenses etc.
• Coordinate the collection/delivery processes and manage this until the final destination according to customers’ requirements.
• Handle customers’ inquiries, requests, and complaints related to delivery, billing statements preparations and validations.

Customer Service & Indoor Sales

• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

ROLE SUMMARY:

As our Contract Logistics Business Development Sr. Execuitve, you'll be at the forefront of our company's growth in the contract logistics field. Your job is all about creating opportunities, fostering client relationships, and tailoring logistics solutions to make our clients' supply chains run smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify industries, sectors, and potential clients that align with our contract logistics capabilities.
• Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape to refine business development strategies.

Lead Generation and prospecting:

• Utilize a variety of channels, including networking, industry events, digital platforms, and referrals, to generate leads.
• Qualify leads and evaluate their potential for creating long-term partnerships.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand clients' supply chain challenges and business objectives to offer suitable contract logistics solutions.

Solution Development:

• Collaborate closely with operational teams to design comprehensive logistics solutions that address clients' unique needs.
• Craft proposals, presentations, and pitches that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.

Negotiation and Contract Closure:

• Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial terms and contractual agreements.
• Ensure that contracts align with both client expectations and company capabilities.

Sales Strategy and Goal Setting:

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's contract logistics market share.
• Regularly review progress, adjust strategies, and take corrective actions as needed.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, pricing, and customer service, to ensure seamless implementation of contracted services.
• Provide necessary information and insights to ensure successful project execution.

Market Intelligence:

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact contract logistics.
• Use this knowledge to continuously enhance our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.

良好的溝通能力及良好的客戶關係管理能力。
