Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit and proofread all marketing and communication collaterals
• Plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns
• Copy write marketing collaterals, video scripts, agency briefs, stakeholder communications, press releases, letters, memo, etc.
• Ensure collaterals are rolled out on time by staying on top of the marketing calendar, production schedule, oversee the design and delivery of marketing initiatives, promotions, campaigns and events
• Plan content, oversee and facilitate production of the club magazine - Longitude
• Adhere to brand guidelines for existing business and review brand guidelines from time to time
• Ensure that the business is up to date on marketing platforms and trends
• Manage all web content, web listings and email blast
• Conduct club audits to ensure adhesion to marketing and communications branding and copy guidelines
• Work closely with sales teams and coordinate your activities for cost-effective campaigns
• Create new partnerships and maintain existing partnerships with external companies
• Sourcing and procuring of club merchandise
• Handle administration duties of Marketing Department
• Handle media requests for food tasting, filming & photography, interviews, etc
• Organise press conference, media events
• Develop, champion and manage social media marketing for the business
• Engage with customers through the use of social media
• Maximise followers on all subscribed social media platforms
• Track and monitor all digital media, the success of online initiatives and report findings
• Develop and track marketing analytics for web and social media
• Identify and report social media trends, recommend and implement suitable digital platforms for the business

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in related field
• Ideally from luxury/ membership/ marina/ private club/ hospitality industries
• Experience working in agencies is an advantage
• Degree in mass communications, media, PR, digital marketing or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Competent in social media content planning and advertising
• Strong communication skills – ability to organize and present information both written and oral in a clear and fluent manner.
• Possess strong analytical and interpersonal qualities
• Good formal presentation and stress management skills

Job Summary:

To oversee and direct all aspects of Luxury Yachting Sales, including but not limited to liaising with club members and clients, sales bookings, charter packages, managing boat owner relations, and securing contracts. The Manager will need to coordinate functions and activities with other executives and departmental heads and liaise with Head Office officials as required.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving strong sales growth to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Develop and maintain new accounts and excellent business relationships with customers and corporate clients.
• Manage key sales accounts and develop and grow new accounts.
• Negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue and profit potential while satisfying client needs.
• Finalized all bookings maximizing all revenue potential by upselling in all revenue-producing areas.
• Develop creative and attractive Charter Packages for clients.
• Manage sales team to achieve business plan targets and increase revenue and market share.
• Plan and drive effective sales programs to increase revenue.
• Manage online, telephone, and walk-in inquiries.
• Perform all assigned tasks to ensure that departmental goals are achieved to maximum sales volume and profitability.
• Develop a deep understanding of and relationship with Boat Owners.
• Review and negotiate contracts between the Boat Owners and Luxury Yachting.
• Ability to prepare a monthly booking report and P&L.

Requirements:

• Should possess preferably a Diploma/A Levels or above.
• Preferably from a hospitality background and experience with a waterfront lifestyle.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including some managerial experience.
• Comfortable working in outdoor settings and exposed to the sun and sea.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Ability to maintain high energy levels and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Will be required to work on weekends
• Will be required to work on public holidays from time to time
