Job title: Account Manager (Holistic)
Salary: £45,954 - £51,060
Location: Edinburgh (Flexible)
Hours: Full time
Working Pattern: This is a home working role however, you'll need to be prepared to travel on a monthly basis to Edinburgh for team meetings and travel to visit your panel of accounts within your assigned area. There is a requirement to attend face to face meetings on a monthly basis and as the business need arises.
About the role:
As an Account Manager within Holistic Advice, you’ll look after a panel of client accounts with varying needs in the IFA market. You’ll have to engage with these accounts regularly to discover their individual needs and then offer solutions through Scottish Widows.
About this opportunity:
Handle client and customer relationships by using client systems and protocols
Personally, meet IFA needs related to standard products and services
Work towards predetermined targets and customer service standards (e.g. productivity targets, turnaround times, etc.)
Work independently to collate and analyse data using pre-determined tools, methods, and formats
Closely monitor progress and reports variances to more senior colleagues while working within established finance systems
Investigates questions related to existing programmes, processes, and procedures

What we need from you:
Experience of working in a consultative sales role or similar role, within financial services
Enjoy working to targets, in the fast paced and constantly evolving world of the intermediary advice market
Can engage with others easily through excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing client relationships such as IFAs, brokers, suppliers, or customers
Knowledge of the individual pension or protection markets, business development or financial services regulatory landscape
Experience of a UK regulated sales environment
