HR Reporting and Administration

• To establish the Human Resources Manual, Guidelines and Policies while, working professionally, in full co-operation, harmony, discipline, efficiently, competently, conscientiously, honestly and reliably to carry out the functions of the Human Resources Department and also to provide guidance and training towards staff advancement and excellence whilst ensuring strict confidentiality in all personnel matters.

• 監督整個招募過程。

• 產生月度報告並監控人力資源指標（流動率和每次僱用成本）。
• 處理員工的申訴並將問題傳達給正確的各方
• 處理勞資/員工關係，包括管理紀律案件
• 就人力資源相關事宜與政府當局和法定機構聯絡。
• 制定並協調公司的培訓計劃。
• 積極宣揚公司的願景、使命和核心價值。
• 定期實施和再培訓公司政策和指導方針
• 為公司策劃和組織團隊聯誼活動。
• 上級指派的臨時任務或職責。

  要求：
• 候選人必須至少擁有人力資源管理學士學位/專業學位/碩士學位或同等學歷。
• 需要至少 3 年相關領域的工作經驗。
• 熟練使用人力資源系統產生薪資單。
• 精通英語書面和口語，必須能夠用普通話和馬來語交談。
• 對政府行為、規則和條例、流程和應用程式有深入的了解。
• 精通 excel（至少中級）和 PowerPoint。
• 具有酒店或餐飲經驗將是一個額外的優勢。
• 能夠在充滿挑戰和快節奏的工作環境中工作。
• 必須具備團隊合作精神，工作積極性高，具備較強的人際溝通能力。
• 能夠立即開始工作將是一個優勢。
