Responsibilities

• Define Information Security vision and roadmap for users, advising on system implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT
• 5 years or more information security management work experiences.
• Familiar with information security related fields or energy industry policies and regulations, such as national ISOassurance, NIST, ENISA, GDPR, ISO2700X, etc.;
• Familiar with ITGC&ITAC, audit procedures and internal control process mechanism;
• Foundation in security protection products or technologies, and be familiar with three or more security fields, including but not limited to: Firewall, VPN, IDS/ IPS, antivirus, encryption, threat modeling, data security, virtualization security, content monitoring and filtering, access control and authorization technologies;
• Certification of ISO27001, CISSP, CISA, CISM and CCSP is preferred.
• Experienced in building enterprise security systems and risk management projects
• Experienced in data security and compliance management; have a high degree of risk sensitivity;
• Work experiences of IT safety management from Banks, Top Tier Consulting Firms or a Principal OEM are preferred.

· Manage and oversee the work in multiple areas while ensuring compliance with the EH&S procedures, local government regulations policies and programs and industry standards

· Accountable for plant's annual EH&S performance goals, budget, training (e.g., regulatory) and communications programs

What you'll need (Required):

At this exciting time for the Trust, we are looking for a talented individual to join as our Associate Director of Strategy working to the Chief Strategy Officer who is board director.

You will work alongside executive directors and the senior leadership team in the coordination and publication of a new trust strategy which will steer the trust through the next five years.

This role will require someone to work independently across the organisation and with senior partners to ensure the strategy is aligned with our wider system and encompasses our plans for medical services, digital, people and management of our finances over the long term.

Alongside this role, the individual will be required to lead strategic projects to ensure the delivery of the strategy. This will include leading the trust annual business planning process to ensure our services align with our budgets and enable to delivery of the 5-year strategy.

We are open to hearing from individuals from a range of backgrounds with a successful track record of strategy work at a consulting firm or in-house strategy work. Experience in the NHS is not essential but may be useful.
