The Patient Service Officer/Billing Officer is to manage daily patients' discharge and preparations of their bills. She will be taught to handle the submissions of Medisave/ Medishield Life claims including those the Private Medical Insurance claims through The MidiClaim system.

Responsibilities:

• Process patients' refunds through cheques and credit cards in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for submission to relevant authorities for Medisave / Medishield claims
