Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all design artwork for branch such as posters, props, backdrops, slides, event materials etc.
• Responsible for branch project video recording and video editing
• Responsible on templates for branch posters
• Brainstorm on creative ideas and interesting events for branch
• Responsible for posting on branch social media to recognize sales and track sales of all agents and record qualified agents
• Responsible on managing branch hiring
• Responsible for new agent registration and branch administrative work
• Responsible to organize all branch events such as celebration dinner, training program, incentive trip
• Liaise with outsource parties on event planners, designers, travel agencies and agents for branch

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malaysia
• Experienced in design and event management (added advantage)
• Strong work ethic, responsible, hard-working, independent and self-motivated.
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of design.
• Familiarity with design software and technology (such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator , JianYing or any related skills)
