JOB SCOPE:

· Coordinate operations using computers and phones in air-conditioned ops command room.

· To assign and ensure daily drivers job allocation.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Working hours: 10pm to 630am (42 hours/week) (Between Monday to Sunday)

· Location: near Yio Chu Kang MRT

· Job placement: 3 months contract (option to extend)

Job Roles and responsibilities:

1. To conduct document management system (DMS) briefing / trainings to site personnel
2. To establish all project folders, document log and project central document server
3. To manage all the incoming project documents.
4. To register into master list of documents.
5. To verify if documents received is in accordance to transmittal received.
6. To circulate to relevant site personnel and subcontractors.
7. To archive files into project document server
8. To prepare transmittal for all outgoing documents to Clients, including technical submissions.
9. To register into master list of site files and documents.
10. To manage handover of project documents to head office.
11. To attend to external and internal audits. To close out any findings, if there’s any.

Working days: 5.5

Must be willing to work at a construction site.

Responsibilities:

• Involves daily planning, routing and scheduling of drivers and trucks to optimize resources.
• Monitor job progress and communicate changes in job status.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in trucking related activities.
• Handle maintenance of trucking equipment and its related administrative activities.
• Manage drivers in terms of performance and job allocation.
• Ensure all records relating to trucking and equipments are updated timely and accurately.
• Handle internal and external stakeholders' feedback and escalations on trucking activities.

• Experienced in transportation, logistic, trucking or haulage industry.
• Able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and a team player.
• Matured, responsible, meticulous and able to work independently.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
