Job Details:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Performance financial analysis and operational performance including trends and variances.
• Identify and drive accounting and finance process efficiencies and improvements.

The Finance roles entail executing assigned tasks and responsibilities directly and indirectly related to the designated role or function assigned by Finance Organization Leadership. Roles and functions include:

Finance Operations:

1. Procurement to Payables Cycle (P2P):
   - Review, transact, and process vendor or service provider claims and invoices against supporting documents in the financial system.
   - Reversal of accruals upon invoice receipt, highlighting variances or outstanding balances.
   - Payments executed as per approved cycles, with exceptions approved by the CFO or delegated authority. Periodic reconciliations against third-party balances required.

2. Revenue to Receivables Cycle (R2R):

3. General Ledger (GL):
   - Perform transactions and journals not covered in Payables and Receivables as per Group policies and accounting standards.

4. Fixed Assets (FA):

• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.).
• Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.).
• Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
• Ensure output meets quality standards.
• Regulate health and safety precautions.
• Report to upper management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as production supervisor.
• Solid knowledge of production management.
• Familiarity of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
• Excel in MS Office and ERP software.
• Excellent communication ability.
• Outstanding organizational and leaderships skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Exceptional decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
