Role Description

Assist project manager in managing all M&E related works at construction site.
Liaise with subcontractors and client/consultants to ensure all M&E works are carried out as per drawings and specification.

Job Description

• Supervise and oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to production floor staff, coordinate workflow, and monitor progress to meet production targets and deadlines
• Train, mentor, and develop production floor staff to ensure efficient and skilled workforce.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials to avoid shortages.
• Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of equipment and machinery, promptly addressing any breakdowns or malfunctions.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and protocols to create a safe work environment and minimize accidents or hazards.
•  Prepare and submit reports on production performance, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement to the management team.
