About the job
This is a permanent executive level position where the incumbent will report to the Director of Operations of the group. Their corporate head office is based at city center in Kuala Lumpur. Currently they are recruiting experienced Internal Audit Executive to join their professional team.

About the job
As the Executive,Internal Audit, you will work closely with the Internal Audit Manager and team members to enable an ongoing programmes of internal audits across the business. Your job role will involve in:
*Conduct financial,compliance and operational audits to evaluate the adequacy/appropriateness and effectiveness of internal controls,risk management process and corporate governance practices within business operation of the Group.
*Review quarterly management accounts and year end audited statutory accounts,including related party transactions.
*Make value added recomendations to reduce cost,improve processes orrectify weaknesses in controls.
*Preparation of comprehensive audit reports on assigned activities.
The candidate
To be successful, you will be a Malaysian age 26-35, possess a Bachelor degree in Accountancy or professional qualification ACCA or CIMA. The ideal candidate for this role must be someone who have working experience (1-2 years) in internal auditing role within public listed company environment. Candidate should have a good knowledge of current Malaysian accounting and audit standards.
To be able to play a successful role, we are looking for candidates with a good command of English,both spoken and written besides conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin. Once on board, he/she must also be able to travel for audit assignments.

Job scope & responsibilities:
The position is permanent full time role where you will be reporting to Finance Manager within the finance and accounting team.
As Accounts Executive, you will be involved in the daily operations and activities of the Accounting Department, with main focus in managing management accounts and reporting.
Main Duties:
*Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
*Prepare full set of accounts.
*Prepare and ensure timely reporting of monthly management reports and audit schedule.
*Prepare monthly aging receivable reports.
*Process journal entries and issue payment vouchers.
*Process claims debits/credit notes and various technical statement of accounts for submission.
*Bank reconciliations.
*Maintain proper filing and accounting records.
Job Requirements:
*Candidate must possess a Bachelor degree in Accountancy.
*Knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles.
*Similar experience in accounting role within insurance business would be advantageous.
*2-3 years of experience working within the insurance/financial services industry.
*Hands on experience in preparing financial statements and in compliance with accounting standards.
*Proficient with ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken and Mandarin
*Familiar and proficient in UBS Accounting system and MS Word and Excel.

As the Loyalty Program Administration Executive, you will be managing customer care for their various loyalty reward programs within mainly in the banking and financial institutions and other major corporate entities. This role is primarily responsible for supporting and administering the loyalty programs of these various business entities in Malaysia.
This position is fast paced. As the Loyalty Program Administration Executive, you will be managing fulfillment and redemption process and customers' portfolio entitlements and rewards within their loyalty program. Your role will be attending to customer interactions in timely basis by providing accurate information on entitlements and rewards earned through the loyalty programs. Where appropriate you will assist in facilitating and attend to customers inquiries and concerns.
Your role will also include managing, ordering and purchasing and making delivery of rewards earned to customers.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for female candidates to assume this customer-focus role. She must ideally possess minimum Diploma qualification in any field of study coupled with strong communication skills, the ability to speak fluent English and BM. Those who are also able to speak Chinese/Mandarin will be advantageous to take up this role.
Ideally we are looking for candidates who have proven loyalty program experience preferably in banking/financial institution environment. Candidates for this role must have the desire to work in a supportive team environment with ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy. She must be computer literate with ability to use MS Office and e-mail internet applications skills.

*Malaysian male or female.
*Possess a Bachelor degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA.

*Strong technical knowledge in MFRS and local taxation regulations.
*Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spken and written.
