Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Account and Finance Executive located in Petaling Jaya. The Account and Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial report and statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, implementing financial policies, and maintaining records. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily bank reconciliation report
• Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts asministration tasks.
• Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
• Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.
• Any other ad hoc assignment.
• Prepare monthly a final account for yearly audit.
• Full set of account up to Balance sheet.
• Monitor & follow up on the outstanding accounrt for Account Receiveable.

 

Requirements:

• Posses at least Bachelor's Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields with professional qualifications.
• Familiar with UBS Accounting system.
• Atleats 5 years experiences in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Executive.
• Posses good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiar with account standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experiance with GST or SST
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidentioal information.
