Job Description & Requirements:

The Quality Specialist will be primarily responsible for performing Quality transaction monitoring across the SMB Programs for internal stakeholders as well as external vendors in APAC. The person will be responsible for producing a high-level of market and quality insights, in collaboration with the respective Call Center's Quality Manager and Client Experience PM to drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will need to be proficient in both Customer Service and Sales environment as well as having a good understanding of the APAC market nuances in the specific market he/she is supporting in. Success in this position requires strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform audits on recorded client interactions and provide evaluation feedback through QMS
• Conduct regular 1:1 or group calibration to ensure evaluations are aligned based on business requirements.
• Support the business in managing and implementing Quality Management standards and processes that are aligned with the global standard and relevant to the local market nuances
• Highlight trends and red flags to the business for better improvements
• Ensure accurate maintenance of sample calls/chats library
• Provide a bi-weekly QA dashboard highlighting QA audits completion and QA trends to all stakeholders.

Requirement

• Degree preferred or equivalent practical experience;
• Minimum of 2 years Quality auditing experience in a call center environment
• Has a clear understanding of Call Center’s quality framework and methodology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Multilingual - Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesi. (speaking and writing)
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Coaching experience is a plus
• Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus
• Experience in performing Root Cause Analysis/drilldown is a plus

Overview of the role

The role of the Web Quality Assurance Manager is to undertake the quality assurance and testing of the website. This includes:

• Browser and device testing, especially mobile device tests
• Testing the features and functionality
• Verifying the quality of the build versus the design (layout, fonts, spacings, etc)
• Content quality such as image rendition, video plays

You will need to have experience of QA and a real attention to detail, be highly organised, passionate in your approach and proactive in achieving the best results.

Responsibilities

• Meticulously ensure that the web pages are produced in the manner desired
• Follow detailed briefs, taking responsibility for ensuring that you understand all requirements, requests and changes within that brief
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of content and functionality
• Conduct regular review to identify errors and inconsistencies
• Stay informed to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Ensure that you follow Black Sun’s quality control procedures, systems and work practices at all times, ensuring complete accuracy of all deliverables
• Ability to adapt and learn new working methods and systems
• Report, track and resolve issues within JIRA

Qualifications, experience & skills we are looking for:

– 3+ years’ agency experience in web production

– Must be able to work effectively under pressure, within strict time constraints

(Must be English speaking)

JOB SUMMARY

Marriott’s Digital Quality Assurance team is tasked with maintaining high quality and User experience for our digital channels. Quality of our digital products is critical for providing our Loyalty members and guests with the latest information about our brands, hotels, and programs while they use the platforms to manage their reservations. This position works with Corporate Digital eCommerce teams to ensure the completion of Marriott.com Digital/ User Acceptance Testing for projects across Digital Channels. Conducts linguistic, functional, visual, Accessibility and device testing for assigned projects. Assist in QA process for the development and Content changes going out on Marriott Digital Channels.

REQUIREMENT

- Bilingual in English and Korean to translate the content of Marriott.com from English to Korean

- Min 2 years Quality Assurance experience for IT applications/ eCommerce websites preferred

- Working knowledge of Atlassain tools (Jira, Confluence and Zephyr) and programming skills is a plus
