RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager / Senior Manager, Plans & HR Transformation drives MINDS' HR transformation and develops strategies for MINDS' Employer of Choice initiatives. The Manager / Senior Manager shall review salary structure, career schemes and benefits and performance management to build an agile and resilient workforce. The Manager / Senior Manager shall also review HR policies and processes to support development and growth of MINDS's workforce. Human Resource

• Handle full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
• Handle payroll administration process, ensure accuracy and timely submission, handle enquiries related to payroll, year-end tax filing IR8A, IR21.
• Full talent acquisition cycle from sourcing, screening, offer, on/off-boarding and orientation planning.
• Work with hiring managers for hiring needs.
• Prepare employment contracts and work passes applications and renewals if necessary.
• Handle employee relations, employee engagement projects and initiatives
• Ensure smooth administration of employee benefits, insurance renewals and claims if any.
• Identify training needs, manage training calendar including registration and follow-up outcome/ feedback, application for training grants.
• Performance appraisal and processes.
• Prepare and update reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment organisational charts and employee profiles into system

Requirements

• Tertiary education in HR or other discipline (Degree/ Diploma)
• Hands-on experience in handling the full spectrum of HR duties, highly preferably in a mannufacturing setup
• Able to multi-task and handle a myriad of HR and office administration duties.
