Job Description:

• To handle matters such as Sub-Sale, Developer’s Project, Loan Documentation and conveyancing related matters with minimal supervision
• Assist in all other related conveyancing matters such as discharge of charge / receipt and reassignment, tenancy agreements / online adjudication / CKHT submissions
• Able to attend and communicate with clients, bankers and related parties
• Able to work and complete task with minimal supervision or willing to learn & able to complete jobs within timeline
• Able to follow instruction, responsible, proactive & work independently 

Job Requirements:

• Responsible with good working attitude, punctual and good attendance
• Ability to work as a team & having willingness to learn
• With or without working experience (Fresh grads are encouraged to apply)
• Basic skill and knowledge in Microsoft Words and Excel
• Experienced in conveyancing would be an added advantage

Sales Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to the sales team by assisting with sales-related tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and tenders bid documents. Help coordinate sales activities and follow up on leads and opportunities.
2. Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues or complaints. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and accurate assistance.
3. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is obtained and recorded. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, inventory, and finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
4. Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing materials, such as product catalogs, brochures, and sales presentations. Ensure that these materials are up to date, accurate, and readily accessible to the sales team.
5. Assist Manager prepare regular sales reports to the management team.
6.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records.

Administrative Responsibilities:
1.  Apply and renew licenses and certification. Liaise with the authority and regulatory body.
2. Manage correspondence, responding to emails.
3. Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and maintaining proper filing systems.
4.  Develop and maintain a filing system.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Business or Sales Administration

Duties and Responsibilities

You will establish collaborative relationships among the various project and constituent groups, with the aim of promoting the concept of integrated systems. You will be responsible for facilitating decision making processes as appropriate and serving as liaison between the mall management, the mall tenants and external vendor representatives.

• Maintaining and updating company database
  Serving as primary point of contact with mall management and their tenants on overall technical matters of their POS system.
• Provide assistance to external vendor representatives and mall tenants for technical issues concerning their POS interface and POS sales submission.
• Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep workflow on track
• Ensure project aligns with the set SOP and deadlines
• In charge of keeping track of all project-related paperwork / reports
• Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements
• Providing timely project status updates to the Project Managers and mall management
• Strategize and work to improve the project process with project manager when needed
• Record minutes and take detailed notes during meetings

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a Admin Executive who's skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and working effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Chinese
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
