Responsibility :-
1. To be responsible to assist Segment Manager (IWK) for all IWK paperwork and to prepare costing estimation and quotation for new jobs or existing repairing/service jobs for submission to relevant IWK offices unit.
2. To issue purchase requisition for purchase of spare parts and new sales order.
3. To coordinate with Service Department on the planning and arrangement on all IWK jobs.
4. To prepare and arrange bid for IWK e-procurement tender.
5. To work closely with all departments in resolving any issues with regards to IWK e.g. to ensure all payments have been made to WECSB in timely manners, etc.
6. To be responsible for the proper filing of all documentations and reports for IWK jobs.
7. To assist in site visiting/attendance for tender participation as and when necessary.
8. Such other related duties as The Management may direct.
9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
11. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in IWK segment; researching and analyzing sales options.
