• Be the customer champion for the assigned product(s)/solution(s) within Inkjet Portfolio.
• Own and be accountable for Supplies Quality and Customer Experience PDP deliverables as defined for product(s) assigned, ensure 100% completion and delivery of all PDP items (key areas include: Customer-Centered Product Needs, Support Strategy, Content & Messaging, Product Set-Up, Returns).

• Recommend solutions that optimize/balance warranty costs with appropriate product/customer experience needs, advocate for decisions that meet these objectives.
• Escalation Communication and Management - take ownership of escalated customer issues from call center, onsite, marketing centers, printer partners, SIE, etc. to quickly implement effective solutions. Lead/facilitate formal escalation team efforts as-needed and manage smooth transition to appropriate short and long-term owners. Engage in active communication of customer feedback/issue severity and incidence until the issue is fully understood and adequately addressed. Help investigation teams to attain quick assessment, fix/no fix decisions, and resolution.

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

• Testing of the system during FAT (factory acceptance test) following the test procedures and prepare test and QC reports
• Installation, testing and commissioning of our battery on site at customer sites in various countries
• Provide support and guidance to customer for electrical connection of the battery to renewables, DG and loads.
• Filling of the liquid electrolyte in the battery with strictly following the safety standards, as per service documents provided.
• Testing of PCB circuit boards, relays, BMS components, sensor signals, protection components, ACDB, DCDB etc before turning on of the system.
• Configure battery inverter to set the requirement as per country standards.
• Use of external DC power supply to pre charge the battery, following the service manual.
• Troubleshoot of the various problems that may arise during the operation of the battery including hardware and software issues.
• Remote monitoring of all the battery units deployed and track of operation and troubleshoot problem if arises
• Generate on-site service report and documents clear problem statements and resolving.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in power management/control Industry. Previous work experience on battery technology would be beneficial.

Job Objectives

The candidate will work closely with the respective stakeholders across the organisation to drive testing transformation which is aligned to the organisation’s transformation strategy.

Reporting to Test Lead, the candidate will ensure the overall successful delivery of all testing services provided by the organisation for any projects, change requests and production fixes for Customer Management & Credit Origination suite of applications.

Key Responsibilities

· Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services across the Customer Management & Credit Origination Domain.

Qualifications and Skills Required

· Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field.

· Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 12 to 15 years relevant experience in large and complex organisations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance and at least 5 years’ senior manager experience in testing.

· Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers.

· Strong domain knowledge on Customer Management and Credit Origination. Experience in managing testing one or more areas of these domains will be an advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Evolent is looking for an Analyst, Quality Assurance (QA). This position is integral to the Customer Service Organization (CSO) team. This individual will play a critical role in executing Evolent’s mission by ensuring that customer service team members provide quality service in line with our objectives, values, and standards.

The Analyst, Quality Assurance will report directly to the Director, Contact Center Performance and Workforce Management. This position is responsible for conducting audit activities of the Evolent CSO Contact Center. This includes utilizing the evaluation program which analyzes critical performance metrics and behaviors to maintain the high-quality customer experience we offer to our Health Plan partners and their members, providers, and other constituents.

Responsibilities

• The Analyst, Quality Assurance monitors and conducts audits with the aim to measure elements that have the highest impact to the CSO to ensure continued productivity, product knowledge, contact center operations and quality standards are met.
• Analysts are required to meet established performance metrics.
• Provides on-going feedback including formal one-on-one coaching and immediate feedback sessions with customer service agents; conducts collaborative feedback sessions with CSO leadership including Supervisors and Team Leads to reinforce learning and process improvement opportunities.
• Works in partnership with operations leadership in improving performance in the contact center, analyzes and identifies opportunities for improvement from monitoring activities, provides actionable insight for performance improvement, and offers possible solutions.
• Partners with Training and Development regarding training needs of new and/or current Customer Service team members; assists in the training on QA processes, proper call handling and maintaining call standards, requirements, expectations, and processes for contact center operations.
• Conducts calibration sessions with CSO Leadership to further develop and coach team members.
• Collaborates across the performance management team to ensure audits are consistent and accurate across the team.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for areas handled by the contact center.

About the Team 

The Operations Division at the College Board is focused on leading the organization’s transformation to support delivery of digital assessments. The division aims to provide a strong customer engagement and world-class digital assessment delivery experience that supports millions of students and thousands of schools and test centers annually. The 70-person Assessment Delivery department is a combination of sub-teams that support Test Administration Management, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Publications and Content Management. This role will be a Director on the Test Administration Onboard team.

About the Opportunity  

As Director of Test Administration Management (TAM), you will apply your business development, contract compliance, and operational expertise to manage the execution of the critical work delivered by the service providers who are contracted to support the College Board assessments worldwide. You will ensure our service providers deliver the day-to-day operational activities, and you will apply innovative ways of thinking and operating by reimagining and evolving the service provider framework to enable greater agility, system automation, and higher levels of quality and efficiency for digital delivery. 

You will be responsible for developing a core set of functions that ensure the highest level of quality and compliance amongst our contracted service providers. As the main point of contact for our service providers, you will collaborate closely with them to ensure that the delivery of the test administrations is flawless, that test centers are supported, and that operational processes are constantly improved.  As part of this relationship, you will ensure that test coordinators understand and commit to their role as valued College Board partners. When actions are required of institutions as part of fulfilling their role, you will manage timely and effective outreach, follow-up actions, and ultimate resolution of such work.  You will lead change initiatives, guided by the TAM roadmap, advocating for the customer and operations user as you identify and envision the backlog of features required to build greater efficiency within Assessment Operations.  This requires strong and consistent partnerships with the Product Owners, Vendor Management, Technology, Salesforce, and College Readiness Assessments (CRA) to understand and prioritize the needed features and fully develop and validate success criteria.

In this role, you will: 

Lead Daily Service Provider-Related Functions (50%) 

• Implement the processes of Service Provider (SP) contracts and provide strong customer service

• Partner with SP Vendor Manager for successful implementation of all SP institutional onboarding and set up processes required to enable the administration of College Board assessments, meeting all operational throughput and customer engagement targets, including new test center setup processes, SP engagement, and management, and establishment of other institutional agreements, as necessary

• Meet the global test center capacity targets required for successful student registration based on the demand for SAT test takers.  Leverage internal resources across Cost Management, CRA, International, State, and District Partnerships (SDP), vendors, and others to recruit needed capacity in all geographic locations.  Ensure prospects' outreach and follow-up during the recruiting, set up processes as required, and manage risk and mitigation strategies when targets cannot be met in certain regions with the TAM Product Owner

• Partner with Product Owners across the organization to continually evolve the core capabilities of critical functions

Conduct Analysis & Recommend Improvements (25%)

• Work with Cost Management, CRA, and Vendor Management to proactively forecast capacity management needs in constrained international markets to address demand ahead of admin registration

• Work with Vendor Management to ensure compliance with SP contracts to mitigate cost

• Work across Assessment Delivery teams to evaluate systems, platforms, and processes aligned to digital optimization

• Collaborate in ideation sessions within and across teams to drive process improvement

• Utilize a data-driven approach and skilled communication tactics to advocate for process or system enhancements to drive down manual workarounds and build solid and automated capabilities

• Report key performance metrics for critical business-as-usual processes within the TAM function and continually track, rank, and drive enhancements

You have: 

• At least five years of experience working as an analyst or vendor manager in a professional setting, with a preference for experience in a professional services organization focused on various client projects

Rol Summary

Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot and repair all Flowserve Control Valve Business Unit products, solicit the sale and installation of spare parts.  Repair and overhaul competitor’s valves when needed.  Have end users rely upon and consider the technician as a knowledgeable control valve resource.  This position also involves the use of valve diagnostic systems for predictive and preventative maintenance.  Troubleshoot equipment returned to the factory for failure analysis.  Answer customer’s questions over the telephone or by e-mail in order to solve problems.  Analyze parts and equipment that have been returned to the factory for failure evaluation.  All other duties as assigned by manager.

Resposibilities:

• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment in the field. The equipment will primarily consist of Flowserve Control Valve products, but may also include control valve products of other manufacturers.
• Provide technical phone support to customers
• Assist Flowserve QRC’s when requested and available.
• Assist the engineering department with failure evaluations.
• Initiate Non Conformance Reports (NCR’s).
• Conduct diagnostic testing on control valves and interpret the results. Testing can be via SoftTools, Profiler, ValveSight, FAST Test, or StarTalk XP software.
• Ability to configure, calibrate and commission all digital equipment manufactured by Flowserve. Proficient with HART, MODBUS and Foundation Fieldbus digital communication protocols.

• College or technical school; two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
