HR Business Partner- Band 7
We are looking for an engaging individual to join our HRBP team, who will work with our services to deliver our “Everyone Matters” commitment to our staff and implementation of the NHS People Plan.

Provide expert knowledge, skills and interventions to support designated clinical Divisions across all aspects of workforce performance, development, change programmes and employee relations through the provision of professional strategic and operational advice, guidance, mentoring and coaching.
To actively participate in the development and implementation of Human Resources Strategy, in line with the Trusts’ Strategic Aims and Objectives.
The HRBP will work with HRBP team colleagues in close partnership with the Assistant Director of HR. They are integral to the wider HR directorate, to enable a robust people management advisory and development service.
The post holder will use their highly developed specialist knowledge and relevant practical experience to influence the development, implementation and evaluation of workforce strategies at service level, bringing in best practice solutions to achieve service goals and organisational objectives.
The HRBP will be a key member of the Senior Divisional Management Teams, working alongside Divisional/Corporate Directors, General and Nursing Managers, and the Divisional Accountant to ensure the safe and sustainable delivery of services to the highest possible standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The HRBP will be the lead and decision maker alongside the Divisional Director, for addressing all workforce issues, guided by organisational and occupational policies.
The HRBP will provide expert advice and support to Divisional and Departmental Managers to achieve KPIs on a wide range of workforce matters.
The HRBP will work actively with the managers to ensure that the Departments have a robust workforce plan which is realistic, and this will be used to underpin all workforce developments. This will include workforce reconfiguration plans in support of service developments and cost improvement programs.
The HRBP will manage, support and develop an Assistant HRBP and the HR Administration team.
The HRBP will work flexibly as part of a small team of HR Business Partners covering absences and work within the team as required
