Job Responsibilities :

• Plan and conduct IT audits in accordance with the approved annual audit plan.
• Assist to develop audit program and prepare audit work documentation as guided by the Internal Audit’s documentation standard to support audit conclusion and results.
• Prepare and discuss audit findings with relevant departments and develop practical, value added recommendations to address the root cause of the issues identified.
• Monitor and follow-up to ensure agreed improvement plans are timely implemented.
• Involvement in the Company’s J-SOX assessment process and other ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Requirements :

What will you do:

• Reading, assessing, analyzing, and interpreting client's credit data, financial statements, and other financial reports of companies.
• Undertake credit appraisal and recommendation for applications.

The role

You run the accounting function at Love, Bonito. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be in charge of maintaining the integrity of our accounting infrastructure and ensuring it scales with the Company.

Main responsibilities

• Oversee all related functions in the accounting department including accounting operations, general ledger, and financial reporting functions
• Manage preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated management reports on a timely basis
• Lead all audit and internal control operations and ensure adherence to local statutory financial reporting requirements
• Oversee the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
• Manage and mentor 10+ accounting team based in both Singapore and Malaysia
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support day-to-day operations and investments.
• Oversea treasury strategy to optimize risk-free yield from excess cash on balance sheet
• Lead implementation of any accounting related technology
• Manage key relationships including auditors, banks, payment providers, and insurance
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in audit firms and/or accounting functions 
• Experience managing a 10+ team that’s decentralized
• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or other relevant fields
• ACCA/CPA/CA qualification
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Bonus: Prior experience with SAP B1
