Job description:
- Attend to walk-in customers, answer phone calls, and reply to messages through Facebook
- Introduce the company's courses to parents
- Observe children's learning progress, prepare reports, and discuss them with parents
- Address parent and student inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide customer service for courses, explain and answer questions for parents
- Arrange appointments with parents and meet them at various centers
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Must be able to speak Mandarin and English as you will need to communicate with parties that speak these languages
- Good communication skills
- Able to join immediately or on short notice
- Can work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organization and management skills (Training will be provided)
- Proficient in MS Office Words & Power Point, Excel
- Able to interact and bond with children
- Patient, meticulous, friendly, gentle, proactive, and creative
- Able to travel within the Selangor/KL area OR Johor Bahru area
Work Schedule:
- Days off on Tuesday & Wednesday
